HACIENDA MALLET



Hacienda Mallet is a charming Caribbean villa designed for comfort and relaxation, offering a perfect retreat in a serene and spacious setting. With its casually elegant style, this four-bedroom property invites guests to unwind and savor the beauty of its surroundings.



The villa features expansive living areas ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. Guests can lounge by the swimming pool, soak in the heated jacuzzi, or enjoy leisurely meals in the outdoor dining spaces while embracing the warm Caribbean breeze. The large bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, complemented by picturesque views of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. Conveniently located just a four-minute drive from Minitas Beach, the villa offers easy access to the best of Casa de Campo.



For a unique touch, guests can enjoy a complimentary ride on purebred horses, adding a memorable experience to their stay. For larger groups, the villa also offers a fifth bedroom, providing extra flexibility. Though it doesn’t have an en-suite bathroom, it ensures ample accommodation options for your group. RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)



RULES

- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, but may be done outside on the terraces, in the gardens or around the swimming pool.

- No pets allowed.

- Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

- The Guest agrees not to assign this agreement, nor to sub-let any part of the property, nor to allow any other person to stay therein without requesting permission.

- House parties, prostitutes, or similar activities generally considered illegal or immoral and degrading to and abusive of the reputation of the property and the neighborhood are not allowed at any time in the property.

- The Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone calls made from the property during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to electric appliances, furniture, silverware, dinnerware and bed linens of the property during your stay.
