Hello Melanie, Thanks for this great review, I really appreciate it and the most important thing is that you and your family spent a wonderful vacation at Casa de Campo and enjoyed the villa and staff. We work very hard, as a team, to make our guests' stay one of the best. Iro and Francisco are jewels I found, very lucky to have them. Those comments are very important, I will tell Iro and Francisco, they will be very happy. Always doing their job with a big smile. It was very nice to meet you and your family, Chiquita is very sweet and your daughter adorable. Thanks again, Melanie, for choosing our villa and give us the opportunity to pamper and meet you. Big hugs to all of you,

Great, as spanish speaking say: "mi casa es tu casa" (my home is your home), it is so nice to know that you felt as home. I am sending you today the corn souffle recipe Bianela cooked. She is so happy you liked it. Always welcome to "Bella Casa".

I am glad you spent a nice vacation in our villa, our goal is to make our guests happy and please them during their stay. I am sorry to hear your complain, as I keep everything in best shape and just bought flat tv and new bedding and furniture for all house though I must say that villa's bathroom are not with jacuzzi tubs or fancy marble, but do have italian ceramic and are in perfect conditions. Employees are starting english classes next month to improve lack of communications. Our pool has a solar system that works perfectly during the whole year but during winter, it is just warm up, not really heated, specially on cloudy days. That is why guests prefer our gas heated jacuzzi outdoor. We are buying a cover to use at nights to keep water away of dew and chilly breeze. Hope to have you as guests any other time.

Hello Scott, So glad you all had a wonderful vacation. I am very proud of my staff, the love to pamper guests and make their stay one of the best. Looking forward to have you at our villa again. Have a wonderful 2020!
