This three-story gem at Cinnamon Shore South feels connected to the coastal landscape through soothing colors of sea, sand, and sky. Enjoy charming, stacked porches and open-concept main living, grand king-size bedroom retreats + bonus bunk beds. Itâs a true family haven on the Texas Coast!
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: An eclectic mix of sofas, chairs, and stools makes for comfortable gathering in the primary den, bringing everyone together during your stay. Watch a favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV or enjoy a meal or game night at the nearby dining table, which seats 10. The adjacent kitchen features high-end appliances, including a double oven and stainless finishes, while the convenient island offers additional seating on cane, bar-height chairs. The whole living space opens to the balcony, with gas grill and table and chairs where you can feel beach breezes. A powder room serves this level, too.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Multiple king bedroom suites await, along with plenty of bunks for the kids. On the first floor, discover two king suites, one with bonus twin bunks in the same room! The primary king suite is on the second floor, with luxe bedding and a gorgeous bathroom featuring walk-in shower backed by a show-stopping tile installation. Youâll find two more king suites on the third floor, both with spacious walk-in showers in their private bathrooms and one of the suites with bonus twin bunk beds tucked into a nook.
GREAT FEATURES: Directly across the street from the Neighborly pool, with shaded lounging and a charming fire pit for idyllic conversation. A first-floor seating area offers an additional den and hangout spot, with stylish sofa and seating plus a shuffleboard table and wall-mounted TV. The first-floor laundry room* with full-size washer/dryer features ample storage and a large sink to make clean up a breeze. Youâll love the front porch swing and the convenience of rear parking on a paved drive and in the garage.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sandstone is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sandstone the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
