Entering our freshly modern designed and fully furnished vacation home via smart keyless lock and be greeted with hardwood flooring throughout, soaring ceilings, custom cabinetry, and plenty of natural light. Each generously-sized room is designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
When you enter the home, you are greeted by this vast open-concept living room with a comfy sofa, two modern chairs, and a perfect setting for family gatherings. A 43" SmartTV is mounted above the working fireplace mantel. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room perfect for a cozy movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, built-in wall oven, microwave, and dishwasher to clean up; this home has it all!

Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for eight. Enjoy your morning coffee at the large kitchen island with seating for four, or be a helping hand to the chef!

BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
The three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

Heading up the stairs, Bedroom #1 is the primary suite, spacious and bright with a vaulted ceiling, a platform king bed, two side tables, a fabric lounge chair, a walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted 43" smart TV. The full-size en-suite bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, offering a luxurious spa walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads and a double custom vanity sink.

Bedroom #2 provides two single beds, a nightstand, a spacious closet with hangers, and extra towels are available for your stay!

Bedroom #3, at the end of the hall, offers a luxurious king bed, two end tables, a fabric lounge chair, a closet, and a 43" wall-mounted smart TV.

BASEMENT
This home provides so much space to spread out and relax! The finished basement with an open layout doubles as an additional hang-out space for movie nights or family game nights and an ideal room for the little kids to run around and play. The prominent sectional converts into a comfy queen size bed for extra sleeping arrangements. A workstation with a desk and chair to catch up on those emails, a wet bar area, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

LAUNDRY
A full-size washer/dryer on the 2nd-floor hallway adjacent to bedroom #3, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, makes vacation laundry a breeze!

The Neighborhood:
The Grove is a neighborhood known for its exciting dining and shopping district with 50 eclectic shops and venues lined along the mile-long strip. You'll find plenty of great places to eat and drink, several dance floors, spots to shop and grab a coffee, a brewery, a butcher shop, tattoo parlors, and several organizations devoted to improving the area's vitality.

The Grove proudly announces its presence with a vast sculptural banner that crosses over the street, welcoming everyone to its diverse collection of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and shops. Every year "The Grove" host annual events, including the Tour de Grove bicycle races in May and Grove Fest in October.

Just minutes from Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, and IKEA, home to many restaurants, shops, music venues, and microbreweries, and with easy access to nearby HWY 64/40, The Grove is arguably St. Louis' most excellent AND best-located neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
