The unit was clean and orderly, our host went above and beyond for us. My grandchildren loved the pool after a day at the beach. The views from the balcony at times were breathtaking.

Overall the unit was clean with the cleaning crew missing the bathroom in the master bedroom. The shower curtain was replaced and the bathroom cleaned after a quick phone call. Furniture may have been from someone’s basement. Positives: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Directly on the bay with multiple balconies. The development is clean and safe and within walking distance of beach, boardwalk and numerous restaurants. The host was accessible and answered calls immediately. We will definitely work with host again in hopes of the same location with a different unit.

The location is perfect!The sunset from balcony is beautiful!The cleaning crew have no idea what they doing. The place was so dirty and you can clearly see that is not that they didn’t have much time or forgot to clean something, that have dust from months in there and let not even check under the beds or behind furniture.The beds and couch need to be replaced URGENTLY and is not is are too worn out but is so dirty too.Is a beautiful condo but needs change of furniture and a cleaning crew that really know how to do their job.

Location!

Quiet, with comfy beds and a nice hot shower! While we had some hiccups during our stay, the rental company was very responsive in getting things taken care of quickly. Very good customer service! The view from the porch was amazing. Had a great vacation!

Awesome

We had an amazing time. The condo was spotless. Beds were comfortable. View was incredible. This condo is an end unit which allowed us to see the beautiful bay in every direction. We are planning to book again next year. We loved it!!!!

Pretty good stay

The condo was pretty good. It wasn't dirty by any means, but we found trash under the couch and it could use some updating throughout. The mattresses aren't the most comfortable, but you get used to them by the 3rd night. Great location and excellent communication from the rental office.

Harbour Island is the best place to stay in OCMD. This was our 4th time staying there (in 4 different units). This is a 3 bedroom, corner unit with an excellent bayside view, so you have the advantage of extra windows and another balcony on 1 of the other 2 spare bedrooms. We did have some issues after checking in with 2 items not working, but after texting Seaside Vacations, they sent someone the very next morning and had them fixed. This unit is the most outdated one of the 4 total that we stayed at, but it is still very nice and kept up after. We would definitely stay here again.
