The Space:
Step into the simplicity of seaside living at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment positioned perfectly in Kings Beach. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room is illuminated by an abundance of natural lighting and is complemented by the beautiful backdrop of Kings Beach. This corner apartment located within the Rolling Surf Resort provides access to facilities including the large 60m pool which is partially heated and split between two sections, one section is great for laps and a wading area (heated) which is great for kids, along with a fitness room.

The entire apartment is fitted with smart, ducted air-conditioning.

Kitchen:
Open-plan in design, this kitchen is equipped to cater to a cook's every need with its stove top, full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Featuring an abundance of utensils and equipment, this kitchen is well-stocked and convenient.

Dining:
Overlooking the beautiful sights, sounds and scenes of Kings Beach, the dining table can seat up to five guests.

Living/lounge:
Comfy and cosy, this living room caters completely to lazy afternoons or nights spent inside with family and friends. With space to seat up to six people, the lounge is positioned in front of the smart TV that is complete with applications such as Netflix along with a Wii console. Whether you decide to play with the provided board names or host a movie night, this lounge room will cater to your every comfort.

Master and ensuite:
Providing adults with space and privacy, the master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, wardrobe space, and an adjacent spa bath. This spa bath is separate from the adjoining ensuite which features a shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom two:
Located in prime positioning for watching the waves that roll into Kings Beach, this bedroom can sleep up to three people with its double bed with a single bunk above. More suited to children, this bedroom is open in design as it extends from the living, kitchen and dining room. Lay in bed while you listen to the sound of waves and let the serenity of seaside living soothe you to sleep.

Bathroom two:
The second bathroom features a shower, toilet and vanity as well as a laundry space equipped with a washing machine.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park a singular car in the secure, underground car park. Guests also have access to the resort facilities that include:
60m pool which is partially heated, half is great for laps and the other half features a wading area perfect for kids.
Plus a fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Park your car and walk everywhere. You’re right on the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks, 2 minutes from playgrounds, 30 seconds from great local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere!

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
