Welcome to "Ebb Tide"! This Gulf Beaches home is located across the street from the beach with a boardwalk leading to Gorrie Drive. Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms the open floor plan living area makes it the perfect place for the whole family to vacation! The living room is equipped with a TV and two comfortable sofas. Directly off of the living area is the covered deck with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The glass dining table seats six with an additional two seats found at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with a mixture of white and black appliances. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. A queen suite features direct access to the covered deck and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The master bedroom features a king bed, private sitting area and en-suite bathroom that includes a double vanity and standard shower/tub combo.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen, tile floors throughout first level, carpet on stairs to top level, new luxury vinyl plank flooring in top floor master bedroom, large sun deck and covered porch with baby/dog gates. Private boardwalk with easy access to the deeded beach access boardwalk right across the street, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, fish cleaning station, park-style charcoal grill, under-house concrete parking.
