Start your morning with your beverage du jour, enjoying the large balcony and taking in the gorgeous panorama with direct views of the pool, beach, and glistening ocean. The sights and sounds are amazing, as waves come crashing upon the shore, and all sorts of pelagic birds chirp and soar overhead. The balcony offers two seating options; bar or standard height chairs, with accompanying tables to rest your glass and enjoy the beautiful sunrise, sunset, or any time in between!

Step inside to the living area that has seating for four. Two swivel chairs and a premium denim sofa (sleeper), along with a wall-mounted 50-inch smart TV and included Wifi for your entertainment. In the cabinet under the TV there is a selection of games available for friendly competition.

Enjoy your meals while seated at the large dining table or bar-height at the kitchen island…your pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has all of the cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes, bowls, cups, and glasses you may need if dining in. For your convenience there are many small appliances for use during your stay…Coffee maker (full pot or single Kcup compatible), blender, toaster, and microwave.

When you're ready to turn in for the evening #520 sleeps 4 and offers two sleeping options.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Mattress. You'll feel the consistent support and comfort. There are two closets; one with a three-drawer dresser and ample shelf space; and the second having plenty of hanging space and extra shelf space..

The living room features a premium sleeper sofa – Our guests will love the queen size gel foam mattress that provides a cool, comfortable night's sleep. A washer and dryer is also included with this unit for 30-day rentals or longer.

The bathroom features a granite vanity with lots of storage, a linen closet with shelves, and a beautiful walk-in shower.
