Beautiful house and pool in a great location! The dock was a perfect place for morning coffee and to catch the sunrise! Close to shops and restaurants and activities!! Loved our stay there!!

Marco Island Sold House Clean Out "Vacation"

The property was as advertised and the Property Manager was both helpful and easy to work with. An unexpected plus was the full size pool table in the family room along with the 65" or 70" TV on which we watched the Florida Panthers win their 2nd consecutive NHL Stanley Cup Championship!

Great place to stay on Marco Island!

We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay at the house - it was very spacious, clean, and quite well-stocked (towels, dishes, spices, etc), and is one of the best VRBO/AirB&nB homes we've stayed in. The house has lots of patio doors & windows, and we loved all the natural light during the day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, we had no trouble sleeping in most mornings! Communication once we had Denise's contact info was great; I was not particularly impressed with the communications with RedAwning(management company), however. We arranged a sunset boat ride with the property owner (their boat is in the canal right behind the house); not only did we see a beautiful sunset, but they made sure we found the dolphins that are out in the water near the island, watching them was a highlight. We definitely would stay at this house again.
