They're perfect for large groups up to 46 people, such as reunions or family gatherings. A Modern Interior For a Historic Area

Our vacation rentals Savannah GA are always sanitized and professionally cleaned before any booking. Walk up to the front door for a self check-in process. There's no need to meet with any property manager. Use the security keypad to access the building. The entire Parker's Collection Estate resides on the second floor, which gives you a good view out the windows to the city below.

Seven of the eight apartments are two-bedroom and full-bath configurations. A one-bedroom apartment with a full bath completes the Parker's Collection Estate. Every bedroom has linens and extra blankets for your comfort.

Two people are welcome to share each bedroom. Additionally, the living rooms all have sleeper sofas that can accommodate two more people. Divide out your group into seven groups of six and the four remaining guests can reside in the one-bedroom unit.

Enjoy the walk-in showers and double vanities in each apartment too. We provide extra towels, hair dryers and even toiletries to make your vacation as easy as possible.

In addition, each apartment comes with a kitchenette that includes refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffeemakers. Whip up a small meal, or simply use the space for snacks and drinks. Your Savannah vacation can be unique to your personalities.

The entire property has a modern design to the interior but with a few rustic elements thrown in. Some rooms have wood beams highlighting the ceilings, for instance. Barn doors that roll to the side create privacy between hallways, living rooms and bedrooms.

We also include those technological conveniences, including Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. You're welcome to use the secure Wi-Fi as you stream your content throughout the apartments.

Your group also benefits from safety features built into the rentals. For example, find smoke detectors throughout the property along with exterior lighting for added security. Your stay at Parker's Collection Estate should be a safe and happy time.

A City Escape Just Outside the Front Door

This property offers several picnic benches on the exterior for your convenience. Enjoy coffee or a meal outside as the sun rises, for instance. The property is also connected to Parker's Market where you can shop for a few delights on your way out.

If you drive to our vacation rentals Savannah GA, parking is available on the street. There are parking meters, so be aware of any charges due for parking a car overnight. It can be busy in downtown Savannah, however, so traveling by other means may be easier than parking a car.

Although these apartments don't come with patios or porches, they offer the city right outside your front door. In fact, Savannah's historical landmarks are just a few steps away from the property. In essence, the city is your vacation home backyard.

Take a stroll over to Forrest Gump Park where this famous movie was partially filmed. Head in the opposite direction to Colonial Park Cemetery where you'll find plots dating back to the 1780's. Try a look at this city's distinct history with a "40 Acres and a Mule" tour as well. Visitors are also welcome to hop on rented bicycles, and take a tour with the breeze in your hair. The South is best discovered on foot or by bike as you marvel at the expansive trees and dangling air plants on nearly every branch.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
