The pool was so nice on the hot days, and the big kitchen and living room was great for our family, we loved all the puzzles and games when it rained outside. Its super convenient to downtown and so many restaurants

Perfect house for our girls' trip! Having the extra dining and living room areas and all the outdoor seating areas on each of the 3 levels made it so nice for us to spread out at times and to have separate quiet areas for reading when needed. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great for our group and the elevator was an added bonus for getting luggage and groceries up to upper floors. Close proximity to the beach was really nice. The host was so responsive to any inquiries during our trip and so easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Sunsetter St Augustine

My sisters and I stayed 4 nights at the Sunsetter. The location was very close to everything! We used the free tickets for a trolly ride, which is a must to do! Also, the elevator was great to have on the multilevel house.

This property was perfect for our annual family vacation. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. The elevator was great for getting luggage to the 3rd floor. It is closeto some good restaurants and nice for walking either to the beach or around town. It was a little further walk to the beach than I expected. The dunes are wide on this part of the island so you reach the dunes quickly but then have a trek across the boardwalk and sand to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our family vacation with our children and their children. This was the perfect set up for everyone to have their own space or to be together. The pool was great, the walk to the beach short and easy, and the beach gear that was available for us to borrow was great! We loved it!!

This house was perfect for a group of 8 women for a reunion weekend! Nice spacious rooms.We enjoyed the proximity to the beach in a lovely neighborhood and it was not too far to drive or Uber into old town. Had issues with the pool heater but service was sent to fix it and the pool was a great asset.We would definitely rent here again, thank you!
