This home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, 65 inch flatscreen TV, pool table, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, French-door refrigerator, granite counters, large dining table for 10, hot tub, spacious deck furnished with table/chair set, beautiful lake views, gas grill, large lawn area, close to the beach and hiking, heated walkway from driveway to front door and heated bathroom floors.

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

Please note outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be usable during winter months due to heavy snow.
