Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down strictly after 11 PM. Avoid loud noise both inside the house and in the backyard, particularly around the pool & BBQ area, which is close to neighbouring bedrooms.

Parking on the grass is prohibited.

Swimming Pool Safety:
Our swimming pool is deep. Constant adult supervision is required for children. Please note that the swimming pool and spa are NOT heated.

Smart Key Lock with Camera at Entry:
Please be aware that our entrance is secured with a smart key lock, which activates an integrated security camera upon entry. (Located behind the mosquito net door at the front).

Extra fee involve if:
— Extra cleaning resulting from guest actions, such as excessively dirty towels ($40 per bath towel, $10 per face towel), stained carpets or bedding, where the level of dirtiness requires additional cleaning efforts.
— Sorting of recycling and rubbish if not properly separated by guests.
— Repair or replacement costs for damaged items.
— Please return all games to their original place after use. Fines may be imposed for any damage or loss.
— For more than 13 guests (10 adults & 3 children), charges of $80 per additional person will apply. Visitors are not allowed.
