Large 6 bed home, walk to water, restaurants, pub, club, coffee, use of kayaks.
Large new home, once you arrive and park the car you can stroll to all amenities. Open up the downstairs area and let that north East Sea breeze into the home or if it’s too hot and no breeze then turn on the ice cold air conditioning.
The home has 6 bedrooms, two with ensuites, separate lounge and the large main living area opens up to an alfresco dining area with an outdoor setting to seat 10. The outdoor area can be closed off if it is too cold or screened to keep out bugs and mosquitoes.
You can walk a couple of minutes to the swimming beach, fishing, jetty, boating, restaurants, club, pub, coffee shops, bottle shop, bakery, small supermarket kids play equipment, picnic area, to mention a few.
4 burner bbq on rear alfresco area.
The home has only recently been completed with brand new carpet and fittings.
There are 2 boat ramps located very close to the home.
7 minute drive to large shopping centre.
If you want the option of 12pm check in on arrival date and 3pm checkout on departure date then add $150 over booking fee. Extra persons if agreed too $60 each per day. Linen is provided (sheets, pillows, comforter, bath towels, hand towels and bath mat).
We do not charge a cleaning fee if the house is left in a reasonably clean state including BBQ.

Maximum of 3 cars and one (trailer or boat or JetSki) on site at once or 2 boats 2 cars (max 4 items).
As I have stated before, this is a quiet family area and indeed enjoy yourself but if your intentions are to come along with a whole heap of mates, 4 boats and 8 cars or similar and make a whole heap of noise and upset my neighbours then I don’t want your booking, go elsewhere.
Most people do the right thing it is just some that have no regard for anybody but themselves.
If you wish to use the kayaks then please notify the owner 2 days prior to arrival so we can leave them out for you to use.
Use of Kayaks are at your own risk, it is up to the leasee to ensure the kayaks and safety equipment are up to the Waterways regulations and standards, if you are not satisfied that they are to the Waterways standards then please do not use the kayaks and if you book this accommodation you agree to all the rules and regulations on this website.
