The Third Floor boasts a spacious master bedroom and one guest bedroom, with en-suite bathrooms of carefully selected and stylish materials to provide the characteristic light and natural ambiance of these homes.
The middle level is the highlight and features a high-ceilinged open-plan living-dining-kitchen space leading directly to the spacious pool terrace with spectacular sea views. This is open-plan indoor-outdoor living at its best, ideal for relaxing in the shade, soaking up the sun or splashing around in the pool.
An additional guest bedroom is set apart on the First Floor, offering perfect privacy between levels.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit + 10% tax. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
This is not a hotel, but a private villa for your group only. Therefore, I will need to meet you there with the key to let you in. Please provide me with the EXACT time to meet you at the villa.
