Perfect stay

I don’t even know where to begin! Dana’s home is absolutely amazing, and my sister and I had such a wonderful stay. My plan ended up changing a few times and Dana was so accommodating and super communicative. The house is just stunning and the backyard/pool area is paradise. Really can’t wait to come back already!!

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts, wonderful location

Charming 3 bedroom with incredibly well stocked kitchen. I’ve never seen a kitchen with so many amenities. Perfect for us, because we cooked in several nights - especially with Covid. Beautiful walk to the beach. Host was extremely attentive, although we really didn’t need anything - everything was available. All texts with stupid questions were answered immediately. You can tell that the owners care very much about this home- which has clearly been updated. Very comfortable. We really had everything we wanted, and probably more. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this home. And hosts are lovely, friendly, caring people. Could not have chosen a better place for our family. And the beds are very very comfortable.

Everything you could want in a home away from home!

My family, myself and my pets stayed at this lovely modern farmhouse home that was clean, attention to details, stocked with anything you would need, close to everything and owners at your call with any questions! On arrival we were greeted by Dana who took the time to show us around her beautiful home and fill with all the information we needed to know. The online images of her home are great and helped us make our decision, if only they could capture the comfort you feel staying there :-). We loved every moment and were disappointed we couldn't stay another week because of course it was already booked, hopefully though we can return next year! Thank you so much Dana and Jason!

Property as Promised!

We just returned from a four night stay in this lovely Montauk home. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. First, the host Dana was incredibly gracious with answering questions prior to booking. We scheduled this trip last minute and the host was responsive to each and every request for information. Upon arrival, which was seemless, host Jason arrived to greet us within two minutes of pulling into the driveway. Again,he was inviting and responsive to all questions. We had two dogs, two kids, my wife and I. The home was the perfect size. The outdoor area which includes a totally fenced-in backyard (perfect for dogs) contains a lovely outdoor shower, deck, grill, hammocks and seating area. There is a table to eat al fresco or inside weather depending. The kitchen was fully stocked with any items that you would need, including pots,pans, cutlery, ziplocks, foil, everything and anything! The washer/dryer was large and conveniently located in the basement of the home. The town of Montauk is a quick car-ride (2 minutes) or bike ride away. If you want to walk to town you can certainly do so if you are physically fit. There was ample free parking all over town including the beach which was beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

The beds and bedding were top shelf. The kitchen is stocked and accessorized better than our own kitchen. Loved it. Washer and dryer are huge and very beneficial. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to town and the beach. VERY dog friendly front porch, rear deck, and backyard. That was paramount for us. Owners are very attentive and instantly responsive to any questions. Great entertainment set up in living room and each of the bedrooms. Definite 5 star choice.

Relaxing stay! Tons of fun!

Dana and Jason were GREAT hosts! Their home was the perfect size for our group! Everything was clean and renovated recently. Kitchen was stunning, we cooked almost every night! They left all the linens we would need and were so helpful if we had any questions. BBQ was great and outdoor shower was so handy when we tanned in the yard. So much space we were able to set up some yard games and had a blast! Can’t wait to stay again next summer! THANKS AGAIN!

Gorgeous home in a very conveninet locaiton!

This place was beautiful and it had the most well stocked kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed. We came to Montauk for the first time with our family and really enjoyed the whole house as well as the book full of tricks & tips on having a great vacation in Montauk. The owners wrote the whole thing, pointing out places to go, lots of things to do, restaurants to go to, and what to try. They also left us a little present in the fridge. Our kids really loved the big backyard and played in the hammocks a lot. You can tell that Dana & Jason take pride in their home. They have included anything you might need and more!

Montauk May Be the End, but this house is the beginning of a great vacation!

This is a great house and is wonderfully equipped. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun. The shed is equipped with bikes, sand toys, umbrellas and there are tons of beach towels etc. The interior is comfortable and the kitchen could not be better laid out or provisioned. Bedrooms are comfortable, back deck is lovely and fenced in yard was a real plus with a toddler and a dog! One or two hiccups were dealt with in minutes. Can't say enough good things about Dana and Jason. Lovely Couple; lovely home!

Dana and Jason's home was a perfect home away from home for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dana and Jason's home was beautifully decorated. We truly felt at home. The kitchen had everything we wanted and needed. The fresh herbs outside were such a nice touch. Ending the day with a Mojito made with fresh mint after an outdoor shower as the sun was going down was just perfect. The location of the house was just great. A walk to town gets you fresh Jelly donuts from the bakery or ice cream at John's. Even our little pup Jackson enjoyed playing ball in the large, beautifully maintained backyard. We would absolutely return to this home!! Thank you Dana and Jason.

Perfect house for a wonderful stay in Montauk

My family and I recently stayed stayed at this property for a week, and we loved it. The owners, Dana and Jason, paid much attention to detail when updating the house and getting it ready for renters. Everything from the amenities to the decor expressed their pride in their home...it felt like a brand new house. The house is also in an ideal location, close to town and the beaches, as well as the sound area and the point. Dana was so helpful in making the most of our vacation. She provided many tips and recommendations about where to visit or eat in Montauk. Thank you Dana and Jason for an unforgettable stay in Montauk. Very warm and cozy perfectly located Montauk house

We were very pleased to have been the first rental in this lovely home. Dana and Jason are wonderful owners who renovated their first home with lots of detail and so much TLC. From lovely manicured lawn with fenced back yard which was perfect for our four pawed member and lounged chairs to BBQ area was just wonderful. The house is bright and decorated with warmth and comfort. We have rented quite few homes but this was the first house with plants and beautiful orchid pots in every bedroom and even in the bathroom! It was little touches throughout that made the home extra comforting. They have everything you need and more. The kitchen has a huge island, big sink and new appliances. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine each morning. The house is fully stocked just like your own home. This house is perfectly located, being close to all areas of Montauk. We highly recommend this lovely home for families to enjoy Montauk. We would definitely rent again in the summer. Thank you Dana and Jason for your most warm hospitality and we enjoyed the beers and the wine very much! Also, thank you for providing new bowels for our dog! Dana is a Montauk native and grew up around the corner. She met Jason in Breckenridge in 2001 and after travelling around and enjoying Breck winters, the two returned to Montauk permanently in 2013. They work full time at the family business in town. They bought and flipped a unit in Montauk Shores, and have now purchased this house. The pair's hard work along with Dana's love of home design brought their first property some recognition & a quick sale in 2017. After owning the house for 5 years and working on permitting, the couple has received permits and is embarking on an addition that includes a garage, mud room, powder room & pool. An area above the garage could be finished in the future and would include a master suite with double sinks, water closet, oversized shower & freestanding tub, an upstairs laundry room & den.

21 Fenwick is around the corner from where Dana grew up and is one of the most convenient locations in town. You can get anywhere on back roads avoiding traffic, and its central location means everything is within 5 minutes of the house. On top of that, the property was so private! The medium sized house, large yard, and even larger wooded area screamed potential. Jason loves the woods & Dana loves the sun, so it was perfect for us both. We can walk to my mom's, sister's, and my best friend's house all in about 3 minutes! We spend our winters updating, improving & renovating. Any repeat tenant can expect new upgrades as the years go by. All summer long, you'll find people walking along Essex Street into town and to the beach. It is just under a mile to town, and the ocean beaches are right there, on the southern block.

We do everything we can to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We have rented plenty of houses while on vacation ourselves, and there's nothing worse than arriving at a beautiful rental to find there aren't any cutting boards, it has only one decent knife, or you have to go out and spend $300 on paper towels, tin foil, and ziplock bags just to have the supplies you need to live there for a week. We leave you all of our own supplies, right down to the spices & condiments. Everything that is in our place on a normal day is still in the house when you rent it, except for our clothing and toiletries. We do our best to anticipate what you might need & leave it for you. If we've forgotten anything, please ask! We move in with my parents who live right around the corner in the summer, so if there are ever any issues, we can be over quickly to help.

We live and work in Montauk year round. And we initially started renting in order to afford the mortgage. Now that we've been at it for a few years, we are starting to also save up for improvements. So far, we have finished off part of the basement, adding a double laundry room with folding area, slop sink & plenty of storage, upgraded the fridge, stove & grill, added a big beautiful shed out front, buried the electrical lines feeding the house & installed a new low-nitrogen septic system, which is more environmentally friendly. Last spring, we expanded the backyard, upgraded the fencing, added custom gates & extended the irrigation out back. We are working on adding a pool & addition this winter.
