All conveniences taken care off: a well appointed home with Aircon, WIFI, smart TVs ( with apps installed with logins for free to air channels and access via your own login details netflix etc.), modern bathrooms. Outdoor back deck, single lock up garage and driveway parking. Pet friendly on request for small dogs, pre-approval required.

PET-FRIENDLY ON REQUEST
Suitable for small dogs only, maximum 2 dogs in total. Non-shedding breeds preferred. Medium/large dogs not allowed. Pre-approval required from property manager, just chat to us about your needs.
NOTE - there is no grassy yard in the property, hence small dogs only.


IMPORTANT OTHER INFO
We cater to couples and small families only, maximum occupancy 4 guests. We adhere a strict no-party policy, we do not cater to young adults, schoolies, students and young adult groups under the age of 27 years old or loud adult guests or parties.
Please adhere to normal quiet times 10pm-7am to keep our neighbours happy, thanks for your cooperation!
You cannot check-in/check-out on Dec 25th Xmas day, please adapt your dates, this is our only day off during the year, thanks for your understanding.

LOCATION AND THE AREA
Flynns Beach and local cafes and restaurants are 2 blocks away, and easy 5 minutes stroll. Port Macquarie CBD is 5 minutes drive or 20-25 minutes walk.
Port Macquarie is all about the outdoors and healthy lifestyles: great beaches, fishing, surfing, paddling, biking. You name it, we have it. Whale Watching season May-Nov.
