Wonderful newly constructed 3BD+ contemporary home in Truro. Perched atop a hill at the end of a cul de sac, this bright and open house with central air conditioning is an ideal spot for your vacation--just a short drive to all the best of Truro.

From the first floor foyer, take the stairs to the second floor main living area. This open and bright space has a living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts), gas fireplace and ceiling fan. The dining table seats six. A slider from the dining area leads to the large front deck with bistro table and chaise lounges. The nicely-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a large island with counter seating, stainless appliances including a solid surface range, refrigerator and microwave and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). A door from the kitchen leads to the lovely back patio with dining table and chairs.
The home's three bedrooms are all off the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, slider to the front deck and an en suite bathroom with shower and double sink. The second bedroom has two twins and the third has a queen bed. There is also a second bathroom with tub/shower.
The den on the first floor has a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts), a table for games, puzzles or work (if you can't get away) and a pyramid bunk bed (twin on the top, full on the bottom) for lounging or additional sleep space. The washer/dryer is also located on the first floor.
The front deck with comfortable lounge seating is a sunny spot for your morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. The lovely back patio is ideal for outdoor dining. There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the back of the house.
Garage is not for tenant use.
Just a short drive to all the best of Truro including ocean and bay beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
