Expansive and elegant with lots of space for large groups and families, Park Town West 1700 features five bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of ultra-luxurious living. Quiet and peaceful within the Park West Village Townhomes, this spacious oasis is close to fabulous local shopping, delicious restaurants, and an easy walk to the Canyons Village Cabriolet. Thereâs also a game room with a pool table and an outdoor 8-person hot tub overlooking the surrounding park views.
The main level GREAT ROOM is classic and comfy, with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided!) and polished wood floors. Thereâs a luxe leather sleeper sofa and multiple armchairs that surround the stone hearth, and a large HDTV mounted over the flamesâ perfect for a Netflix binge with your whole crew and a bottle (or two!) of wine. Next to the living space is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for eight.
In the opulent, open KITCHEN, glossy wood cabinets and gleaming granite countertops surround the premier stainless steel appliances. Here, youâll find a huge refrigerator plus a wine fridge, a main dishwasher plus a dishwasher just for fragile glassware, a microwave, and a premier gas range. Thereâs also additional, casual bar stool seating on the L-shaped island, and a separate center island with more workspace and a sink. Whether preparing a full meal for your whole crew or simply heating up some takeout from a local favorite restaurant, this kitchen has got you covered.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a divine four-poster king-size bed faces the brick, wood-burning fireplace. Thereâs also a private, ENSUITE BATHROOM with a soaking tub and a premium, multi-directional rainshower. Upstairs, the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM features two twin-size beds. A full, shared BATHROOM is accessible from the hallway. Thereâs also a ladder that leads up to a fun LOFT BEDROOM with a twin-size bed.
