Property was as described and very charming. It was perfect for a girls weekend. Perfectly located within walking distance to downtown.Just a couple of suggestions, bedroom doors could use some WD40 and it would be helpful to have more than 1 set of towels per person based on # of people staying. We did take advantage of the washing machine and the complimentary detergent. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Jones Street home. Comfortable, plenty of space for what we needed, clean, and great location! We had two adults and two children, and really enjoyed having the backyard space to enjoy the nice weather.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Not a far walk from downtown and the historic sites. Clean for the most part, but the pillows were a little stinky and the rugs in the house looked like they could use a wash. Maybe I missed it in the listing, but we asked if early check-in was possible and were told it was 75 to have a guaranteed early check-in. We thought this was silly, as we already spent quite a bit of money and it didn't seem like a lot to ask them to let us know if we could arrive early. Made us think the cost for hotel parking would've been worth it and we would've gotten early check-in at no additional cost.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and quiet neighborhood, as well as the convenience of being within walking distance of downtown and Savannah’s historic sites. We sincerely apologize that some aspects of the home and your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can feel when an additional fee for guaranteed early access comes as an unexpected expense, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We’ll also be sure to pass along your housekeeping feedback to our team for review. Thank you again for choosing Lucky Savannah and for sharing your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless experience on a future visit to Savannah. The Lucky Team

From the moment you pull up it’s impressive! When you open the front door it takes your breath away! Beautifully decorated and absolutely cozy spaces. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Bathroom under the stairs was convenient and well used space. Bedrooms were decorated nice and beds were very comfortable. Place was located on beautiful Jones St with everything you want to see very close by. Had no issues with parking on the street the whole 6 days we were there. Will definitely be staying at this spectacular place again.

Perfect place for a perfect weekend in Savannah! Everything is walkable with the exception of the convention center but ubers are plentiful. The house is super clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The rooms are small, but that is expected with the home style. Check in and check out were a breeze. We didn't need to contact the hosts while we were there but I'm sure they would have been responsive.

The house was well appointed and quite clean. It was on a great quiet street with lots of parking options. The pictures represented the house - the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked. We walked everywhere and there’s a grocery store close by which was convenient. The rental company was always quick to respond to any questions I had. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else for our visit. I would highly recommend this property.
