Four floor of living in this amazing property. The main floor boasts a lovely family room with seating for ten as well as a gas fireplace. Dining table seats ten plus island seating for six more. Fully stocked kitchen with the added bonus of an additional refrigerator for your group. Second sitting room/office has television and also a desk when you need to get back to reality. Primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. Your laundry room and additional half bath also on main floor. Take your dining al fresco with your screened-in porch overlooking the pool and backyard.
The second floor has four bedrooms. Second primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have a queen bed and share a jack and jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. The final bedroom will have two twin beds and there is also a full bathroom in hallway for this bedroom.
The third-floor loft is perfect for the kids! Four twin beds total with one being a trundle.
