I'm so sorry the dishwasher gave you trouble, but am happy to report that the maintenance team did re-secure it promptly after receiving your review. We did notify you ahead of time of the ice maker being out of order and are working quickly to get it repaired. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We will have our maintenance team replace the toaster and inspect for any other areas needing their attention. We do note clearly in the listing description that the two levels are accessed via separate entrances, but we will absolutely see what we can do to make that even clearer for future guests. I’m sorry about the initial check-in and WiFi problems, and glad we were able to sort them quickly. Thank you also for flagging the recliners — I’ll have maintenance inspect them right away. We do note on the listing that the upper and lower levels are accessed separately and send our check-out instructions via message the night before our guests depart.
