This was a great place to stay. Although it is a small house it has everything that you might want. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant with grocery store and park close by.The hosts are very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this location very highly.

So cute!!!

My husband and I came to the studio bungalow for our 1 year anniversary trip. Everything was great! It was clean, the decor was adorable, and we just loved it!! Wouldn’t be surprised if we came back to this studio next vacay!!

Wonderful place to stay

I'm so glad we got to stay at this place. It is just darling. Well done art touches and beautiful design. Very helpful, responsive and friendly hosts. They even had a fresh herb arrangement and really good coffee. I will always come back here whenever we need an place to stay in Pensacola!

Visiting with Marine at the base

Joan was accommodating and super sweet and down to earth. The loft was comfortable, I’m old so it was harder to climb the ladder lol. But it was nice and even able to get my daughter in a wheelchair in. Will stay again!

Great little bungalow

Needed some time off. Found this place and rented for the "Blues Weekend". Irv was fantastic and the bungalow was spectacular. Great location for downtown(5 min drive) and beach(15 min drive). This is a "tiny house". So, space is at a min. But, everything is well thought out and clean. If you want a quite getaway in a nice neighborhood, I recommend this place!!!

We chose this property with the appeal of a laundry area, but that turned out to be inaccurate, there wasn't one. It was fairly clean, besides some left over hair from shaving in front of the mirror in the bathroom. The sleeping area was clean and the air conditioner (2 of them) kept the unit a comfortable temperature. Some trimming could stand to be done on the tree near the entrance way, you're bound to walk through some spider webs if there isn't much light in the morning or evening. Parking on the street at the "bungalow parking" sign isn't always possible due to a sprinkler being on. When both of the hosts (owners?) vehicles are in the driveway, there isn't a whole lot of room to carry things in, or out, if you walk in the driveway between their cars. There seems to be no direct contact with the owners and it goes through a third party, which they were always responsive and pleasant. We were thinking of staying an additional night (after 3 nights) since there was shown to be availability, but that was rejected by the owners because housekeeping was already scheduled for our checkout. We found somewhere else.
