Welcome to Assateague Inn 107 in the heart of Chincoteague Island at the The Assteague Inn. The Inn is a long time favorite of Beach Lovers, and sits less than 5 minutes from Assateague National Seashore, where our Wild Ponies roam free!

What makes Assateague Inn 107 different from the other Suites at this beloved building? It’s the ONLY Suite that is actually a full-size Apartment! With a full Living Area and Kitchen, it’s perfect for a longer stay, and even has a Full Size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

The Kitchen is well-stocked with all you need to prepare a quick breakfast or family dinner. With both a Dining Table and Breakfast Bar, there’s plenty of room for all. In the Private Bedroom you’ll find a comfy Queen Bed, and there’s also a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Dine indoors in the AC, or Al Fresco at the Inn's shared Picnic Area with Grills and Picnic Tables.

After a fun-filled day on the Beach, slip out to the refreshing Pool to cool off, or try your hand at fishing and crabbing from the community Dock. The Inn is located directly on Eel Creek, and is a great spot for Crabbing, or simply taking in the Herons and Egrets fishing for their morning meals. Located just off of Maddox Boulevard, you're only a few minutes from Mini Golf, Dining, and of course, Assateague National Seashore! When you're not enjoying playing on the waterfront, grill the fresh catch of the day on a Charcoal Grill in the Picnic Area, and take in that salty, sweet sea breeze. .
