KINGS COVE UNIT 7 - Enjoy a modern refurbished interior and ocean views

Unit 7 in Kings Cove is located just a 3-minute walk to popular Kings Beach via the park and is nearby to a selection of cafes, the Kings Beach Tavern, and a great choice of casual dining options. Enjoy a modern refurbished interior and ocean views.

It will accomodate 4 guests in 2 Queen beds, with a two-way bathroom off of the main bedroom. The living area offers a light and airy space with TV and air-conditioning. The kitchen is self-contained with a dishwasher, microwave coffee machine and soda stream. The unit is fitted with a water filter for all taps in the bathroom and kitchen.

Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas and childrens playground. The building has a tropical pool area and shared BBQ facility. The unit is close by to an interactive water feature, the Met's Surf Club and recently refurbished Kings Beach Tavern. These are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features including a single lock up garage, beach accessories, ceiling fans throughout, washing machine and dryer.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor with stairs.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Please note electric vehicles cannot be charged in the Kings Cove complex.
