The villa features an inviting upstairs loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, creating a private and cozy retreat. The downstairs area boasts an open-plan living space, complete with two additional queen-sized sofa beds to ensure ample sleeping arrangements.

Step outside to enjoy the covered alfresco area, which includes both dining and lounging spaces, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The large landscaped garden provides a secure environment for pets and offers plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment.

Highbury Villa is designed with convenience in mind, including a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine for all your self-catering needs. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout your stay, a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience. Unwind in the living area with a wide-screen TV, or cook up a meal on the outdoor BBQ.

Linen and towels are provided, and off-street parking is available. Highbury Villa combines modern comforts with a prime location, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

No smoking on premises.

Pets allowed upon approval.

Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
