One room kitchen unit





Our beautifully remodeled Lodge Cabana has one spacious room divided by a

kitchen area with full stainless size range, refrigerator, dishwasher and

microwave, new hickory cabinetry and granite tile countertops. Dishware and

cookware for six provided. The cabana opens out onto our lodge pool area and

is directly under our restaurant, so be aware of high traffic area.



The bedroom area has two queen beds, dressing table and flat screen TV and the

full size bath has a shower/tub combo.



There is a small table for two outside on the pool apron for this unit with a

charcoal grill.



The living room has a sleeper sofa, cozy dining area and flatscreen TV with

DVD player.



This unit has free wireless internet.



All lodge area units are within walking distance of the Lodge Restaurant,

laundromat, swimming pool, playground and our office.



The rate for this unit is based on two guests. There is an additional charge

of $10 per person per night for each additional guest. This unit is non-

smoking and pet friendly (pets are an additional $17.50 per night).



Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we

find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00.



PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent

behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all

times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any

excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or

on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets

barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another

guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance..



Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing.



Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or

entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the

fenced area and do not leave unattended.
