Take the stairs on the side of the property up to the 1st floor and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started. On the 1st floor of this reverse floor plan property, you will find all three bedrooms, and both full baths. The first room as you come down the hall offers two twin beds and access to the first-floor-covered ocean-side deck. Next door to this bedroom, centrally located, is a full shared bathroom with a shower tub combo and vanity sink. The second bedroom on the ocean side of the property offers a queen-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV, and also has access to the covered ocean-side deck. Sit out and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoons when you need a break from fun in the sun. The final bedroom is the Master Suite complete with a King bed, Flat-screen TV, and a private bath with shower tub combo and vanity sink. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall for guest use.

Head upstairs where you are greeted by a flood of natural light coming from the windows that surround the top floor. Directly ahead you will find the full kitchen complete with all major appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and all of your basic cooking needs. Whip up tasty meals for the whole family so you don't have to fight the crowds at the local restaurants during the summer season. The dining room table offers seating for 6 and there are an additional 2 bar stools at the Kitchen Island. Be sure to wash up before dinner in the conveniently located half bath that sits just off the kitchen. When you have had your fill, kick back and relax in the living room where there are large comfortable couches so the whole family can gather together after a long day on the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Flat-Screen TV with Cable service. Step out onto the top-floor deck and let the view take you away to Paradise, as the peek-a-boo ocean views greet you from every angle. Sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the Island come to life.

When it's time to get your toes in the sand, head across the street to the beach access that is about 3 houses down from this property. A large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available at the bottom of the entry stairs so you can rinse away the sand before heading back inside.
