Welcome to "Little's Slice of Heaven." This beautiful gulf access 3 bedroom vacation home sits on a canal for gorgeous views! Home has recently been updated throughout- A sweet oasis for your family and friends. Private home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. "Little's Slice of Heaven" is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Equipped with a pool table, wine bar, and heated pool, this home has plenty to offer for your next vacation!

Upon entering the living area you are greeted by the fireplace and large mounted flat screen TV. With couch and loveseat there is plenty of room to relax and stream your favorite movies using the complimentary Wi-Fi. The living area has direct access to pool and lanai area with its own flat screen TV for outside movie-night. There is a separate area upon entering the home which hosts the pool table, wine bar and plenty of seating for laughter and good times with friends.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, complete with sliding glass service window and all necessary kitchen essentials. Patio has outdoor seating or eat inside where there are counter stools as well as a separate dining table with seating for 6 guests! A cute coffee bar is equipped with specialty syrups so you can have a wonderful latte while enjoying the serenity of the morning or gearing up for an adventurous day on the water.

The home features three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and features beautiful bedding and ensuite master bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a queen and twin bed with small private work desk and printer. The Living Room also offers a pull-out sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress.

Step outside on the lanai and you'll find a beautiful backyard oasis with direct access to the canal. There is an outdoor dining set for 4 guests as well as a chair hammock and other chairs to relax on the deck and soak up the sun. Take a dip in the heated pool while enjoying the canal with beautiful sunset views. There's also a BBQ grill available for those who want to cook up some delicious meals outdoors. Take the family for a paddle up the canal on the kayaks- tandem two-person kayak and single kayak available. Enjoy complimentary bikes for a leisurely ride or fish right off the boat dock. Dolphins and stingrays are known to visit and there are Adirondack chairs with a tiki umbrella for those that want to sit closer to the water. The boat dock (not boat lift) is also available for guest use!
