We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The listing does state that the property is 800 sq. ft., but we're sorry if this caught you off guard. Additionally, as a courtesy, we send out an email prior to check-in reiterating this information to avoid any surprises. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - As shown in our listing photos, please note that there are no railings on the stone steps leading to the boathouse. Unfortunately, we have no control over the slipperiness of the steps. They're situated near the water, and large waves or rain can make them wet. These are concrete steps, and although we make every effort to keep them clean, guests should exercise caution, especially when they are wet. - Our property, a small cottage on a hill, may not be suitable for everyone.
