The property itself was very nice, comfortable, and a good value. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor communication, conflicting information, and inconsistent follow-through from multiple representatives. Promised resolutions were repeatedly changed or delayed, requiring considerable time and effort on my part.Management repeatedly emphasized the importance of having a garage access code, yet the garage remained open throughout my stay. To be clear, I never felt unsafe or threatened, but the inconsistency was concerning.While I appreciated the accommodations, I would encourage future guests to confirm all arrangements in writing and hope management improves its communication and accountability.

Parking was confusing and because we forgot to return the plastic parking pass we now need to mail it back with a tracking code to avoid 200 fee. Very inconvenient - just use disposable paper parking slips. The room was very nice and great location. Responses to our questions were quick. Would recommend

Great Location / Great Spot

We were in town for a hospital stay (Vanderbilt Medical) and this place is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. And the neighborhood surrounding it is great as well. The accommodations had everything you might need. And were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in a lovely neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay which was for medical procedures at Vanderbilt. It was 5 minutes from the hospital. Vanderbilt’s campus is beautiful and it was dog friendly!

I stayed at this property for 14 nights while waiting to move into a new home in the area. There are so many good things to say about this apartment! Location was *great* - one block off Music Row but even better, across the street from an old college [Scarritt Bennett i think?]. The green space of the college is available to walk through and the grounds are really pretty. That was a bonus! Also, you can walk to coffee shops, Panera and Dunkin Donuts 2 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, although i would have liked to have seen a bit more kitchen ‘gear’ but I made it work. The bed was comfy, couch was also comfortable.Indoor parking parking? YES PLEASE! For being in ‘downtown’, the street and area was really very quiet. I walked my dog at all hours of day and night and felt perfectly safe.The outdoor courtyard was really nice to have. I sat out there a few times with my dog and my laptop.Lastly, the management company was very responsive and easy to work with, always a bonus!I would highly recommend this place!

This is a nice, centrally located, place to stay in Nashville. Initially, I thought Parking would be included, but that wasn’t the case unfortunately. Street barking was free in the evenings and mornings, but you can only park there for two hours during the middle of the day, that might work for some people, but could also be an issue for some. It’s generally an OK deal for the money, but is rundown, and dirty, consider who new it is. The button on the elevator didn’t work, and I couldn’t go down to press the up button, then go all the way up, then I can go down. If not thick and stuff like that, who knows what else hasn’t been cleaned, like the bathroom or the air filters in the AC units?
