Stay in the lap of luxury in our incredible new home offered in Punta Gorda Isles’ Bird Section.
This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, sailboat access home, has 173 feet of water frontage just off intersecting canals leading out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico just beyond.
Upon entering the home, the open living space showcases stunning views of the lanai and canals throughout. The chef’s kitchen offers the perfect place to prepare any size meal, while overlooking the beautiful canal beyond.
The master suite bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. The back of the home is almost all glass providing panoramic views of the canals and mangroves.
Head outside for the best in outdoor living. Enjoy the lanai with an outdoor kitchen while overlooking the large pool and views of the glistening canal waters.

Dock - Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or for fishing. The boat lift is accessible for guests.

No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
BBQ use included in guest stay. If BBQ is not clean upon guest departure, an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

This is a dog-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee per pet plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
