Prime Location, Budget Friendly Kahalu'u Bay Getaway

You'll love the location and the views from the lanai. You can enjoy sunrises and sunsets, depending on the time of year, as well as water views year round. Situated steps (160 m to be exact) from Kahalu'u Bay, which has one of the best snorkelling beaches in Hawaii on the south side, and surfing on the north side. You can watch the surfers in Kahalu'u bay and boats going up and down the coast, from the lanai.

The two bedrooms are separated for privacy, with the primary bedroom having a full ensuite and the second bedroom has a full bathroom located directly across the hall.

Located about a half mile from the Keauhou Shopping Plaza, which has just about everything you need or want. For boogey boarding, we're only a mile from Magic Sands aka White Sands Beach.

The newly renovated kitchen (December 2022) which includes quartz countertops, has everything you'll need. There is a new induction cooktop, a new combination convection microwave for heating, baking or roasting, as well as a rice cooker, instant pot & air fryer. We haven't forgotten the blender for your morning smoothies and afternoon margaritas, as well as a coffee maker.

Inside you'll find a dining table, couch, recliner and TV, but you'll want to spend your time on the lanai, which has a teak table and comfy chairs.

Please be aware is no elevator, this is a third floor walk up (two flights). If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately we do not provide coffee, tea or any food gor our guests. Safeway is open 24/7, and is on the way from the kona airport for quick stops no matter what time your flight arrives.
