Amazing Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property and our stay. It was perfect for our annual couples golf trip. Conveniently located in Louisville, for our commutes to restaurants and golf courses. Having an ensuite in every bedroom was perfect for us. There is comfortable lounge spaces upstairs and downstairs. The beds were comfy, everything was perfect. Kristen was excellent in communication. Again, perfect stay. I will definitily book this again for future travels!

Great spot!

Beautiful home with plenty of space and bathrooms. Very quiet despite being located on a busy street. Beautiful neighborhood with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Only 10 min from downtown.

Lots of space and individual bathrooms

Loved the place We come down for a trade show every year and this is by far the best option close to the airport and expo enter lots of good food options nearby (awesome pizza next door) clean and well-maintained property each bedroom had its own bathroom :)

Lovely home, perfect for families and groups who like to cook

We loved all staying together in this home. The beds were heavenly and the linens so soft and cozy. En suite bathrooms made it even more comfortable for our group. The kitchen and open floor plan made this place even more perfect for our families. Will def hope to book again!

Had a great stay here - the interior of the house was fantastic. Plenty of living space for our 6 guests, bedrooms all had a bathroom, decorated classically. Our host was very quick to respond to questions, and arranged for earlier checkin, which was appreciated. Walked to many restaurants, coffee houses. Great place to stay.

awesome bourbon your stay!

This stay was close to eateries and shops and downtown Louisville was just an uber away! We stayed to do bourbon tasting. The check-in and out was super easy. The home was clean very spacious and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying in this home! We loved the spaciousness, everyone had their own bathroom, and the location was incredible. It was easy to get to, easy to find food and a great hub for enjoying Louisville. The minor downside was the traffic noise at night. Motorcycles and cars revving unnecessarily and vehicles playing music excessively loud.

Bourbon Trail Trip

Spacious and beautiful home nestled in the heart of restaurant row. Beautiful natural lighting, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, and open lounge spaces to read and relax. I went for my morning run right out the back door, straight down Alta Ave, and into Cherokee Park’s labyrinthine wooded trails. The best restaurants are right outside the front door and all within walking distance. Chef Lamas - Seviche is a must! We would stay here again. The Bonnycastle neighborhood is full of incredibly beautiful sights to behold.

Awesome House!!

This was a great house. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with 3 other couples. The house was PERFECT and beautifully decorated! It was very clean, had a great location and comfortable beds. Each room had a king bed with their own bathrooms. The listing was absolutely accurate and additional amentities made it even better. Excellent communication with the property manager. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bourbon Trail Birthday Celebration

I booked this trip as a surprise for my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday with some of his closest friends. The house was everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom giving everyone the space and privacy of a hotel but the cozy comfort and community feel you get when renting a house. We were walking distance from several great restaurants and shopping. I will definitely book this property again it was so beautiful and my booking contact was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond! We loved it!

Exploring Louisville

Spacious, renovated, old home beautifully decorated. Quiet and comfortable with large bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary tools/appliances for hosting a dinner party. Excellent liquor store a few doors down, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, grocery .5mile away and 11 mins drive from downtown. Prompt communication with owner. More than enough space for 7 people. Everyone in the group gave 5 stars and would stay again.
