We had such an amazing time and truly enjoyed the house. It was very clean and in great shape. There is a lovely relaxing patio looking over the ocean. The owners are so nice and very responsive to our needs. I recommend this home for sure.

Great stay! Could be a little better insulated as the AC had a hard time keeping up during the day but operated just fine in the evenings/night.

Stress-Free Surfside Fun!

This was the perfect week-long stay. In addition to the surf and sand of the beach, we loved moments on the beautiful deck drinking coffee in the mornings and playing card games during a rainy afternoon. Jan and Debbie thought of everything one might need. It was a wonderful week and we hope to return!

Stress-Free Surfside Fun

This beach home was perfect for our week stay. We loved coffee on the beautiful deck in the mornings and slept so comfortably at night. The home had everything we needed from beach views to a bottle opener and everything in-between. Jan and Debbie were great hosts and communicated promptly throughout our stay. We would love to return again.

Girls weekend!

We loved being in this house! It’s homey and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed and then some. The location is great, with an easy walk to beach. The oversized deck provides plenty of room to visit, enjoy the view of surf, and serve a family meal. We will be back!

This place was amazing. Loved the décor :) When we arrived we knew exactly what to do and they even had snacks in case we forgot some. The place was clean and beautiful. WE loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the beach. The St. Patrick's Day parade comes down that street so very convenient. We would defiantly stay again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We could see and hear the beach from the deck and windows! We walked to the beach with the provided wagon or first evening, which was just a little bit of a walk to get to the entrance past the rocks. The kids loved the bunkbed, the little pullout under the queen bed, and the games under the living room table! We had no issues during our stay. There were plenty of kitchen items, towels, etc. I thought checkout was at 11am after scrolling thru so many listings before choosing this one, but it was actually at 10am, so the last morning we were scrambling a little because I forgot to doublecheck the night before. But I think we still made it out on time since there wasn't really much on the checklist to do!I saved this listing as a favorite to stay at again for sure!! We love Surfside Beach and go there a lot.

Lovely home

We had a great time staying in this lovely, well stocked home. They havw everything you coudl possibly need for a long stay in this home. Its beautifully decorated, in great location, close walk to the beach. You can sit out on the back deck in one of the many comfortable chairs and listen to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this home. The beds are super comfortable with the softest sheets. There's towels,plenty of blsbkets and pillows etc. Everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

Memorial Day

We loved the property, the location, everything about it. Everything was as advertised. We didn't have to clean anything, make beds, just arrive and start enjoying. The view was great too, and I really love the deck. We have already reserved this property again in August. So, great, great, great. Now for the downside. Nope wasn't any.

Surfside Oasis !

All I can say is wow ! This home is impeccable. Everything is brand new, perfectly clean, beyond comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We felt so at home here and did not want to leave. The owners were fabulous and so accommodating to our early check in and any questions we had. Plenty of parking, a nice clean grill that we used often, full laundry in house, fully stocked kitchen with utensils & plate ware and appliances. The outside deck is GORGEOUS and so peaceful ! Amazing view from each bedroom as well. This is not just a rental property this is a home. I have rented in cities all over the world and this was the nicest I have ever stayed in. THANK YOU !!! We will be back !!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a family of 7 with 5 kids ages 1-12. We had a great time! The back porch was large and very comfortable to hang out at. It was a short walk (~10 min) to the swimming part of the beach. We had everything we needed at the house, no complaints here! I messaged the owners multiple times (questions prior/during trip) and always got a fast response. We never did use the grill because it was out of gas. There is no bathtub there but the kitchen sink was big enough to wash my baby. Large grocery stores (Target, Walmart, HEB) is a 15 min drive to Lake Jackson. We definitely recommend this place! We were happy with it.
