That was probably the nicest VRBO condo I’ve stayed in yet. Very open, spacious, and modern. The whole Palm Cay experience was fantastic. No spring breakers or rif raf! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay after our sailing trip. I would 100% stay here again. Communication was great with the host. *Side note* If you want to use the amenities it does cost per day with a 3 day minimum per person. No big deal for us, but just good info to know about. There is a great restaurant within walking distance.

Great condo

We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to use the pool or walk to the beach but the condo worked really well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Daniel was an extremely responsive host and would reply to our texts within minutes.

The place is gorgeous and spacious! It's located on the second floor and has good views of the marina from the full length balcony.The beach and pools were lovely! (The unit is about a half block from the beach, not right on it. To get to the beach walk down the main complex road toward the ocean/marina office, go straight through the little alley beside the beach club to the beach, then go right along the beach past the sign that says residents only. There are 3 well protected little swimming bays)Host was very accommodating and informative.Water pressure is a bit low and it's slow to fill up water bottles from the fridge filter (you're not supposed to drink the unfiltered tap water for unclear reasons). If you're going to need lots of water best to stop at the grocery store and get jugs unfortunately.

We provide our guests with clean, filtered water and ice-maker through a purification system , which is not common in many Airbnb‘s in the Bahamas. The tap-water is fine to drink, but it is recommended to drink bottled water or filtered. There is no alley onto the beach resort. It is sandy pathway for guests and you may have used the incorrect entrance to access the main beach , restaurant, pool bar. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk from the condo along the beautiful marina boardwalk. All the best 🌴

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time in the Bahamas. The condo was clean, modern, and perfect for the 6 of us. Daniel was extremely accommodating and a gracious host. He met our needs within minutes and was understanding that our Wifi was spotty while on our catamaran charter. We will definitely stay here gain when we return to the Bahamas.

Perfect get-away for friends

This property was perfect for a beautiful sunny vacation. It was clean, well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The beach club was amazing with a gorgeous sand beach and lovely pool for lounging. We would all go back in a heart beat.

Fantastic Rental in Palm Cay

Stayed here prior to picking up a charter, and this rental was a perfect start to our vacation. Great layout, very clean and well appointed. Host was very communicative and responded quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing Stay!

This was time using Vrbo so I was a bit skeptical- however, Daniel was such an amazing host and answered all our questions immediately! The location is a bit far so you definitely need a car or access to taxis to enjoy your stay. The property is beautiful and exactly as described. I would definitely return! 5/5 stars!

Great Family Vacation!

Our family had an amazing time for nearly a week at this resort property. Full kitchen amenities and living space for the entire family. Also had TVs in every room (incl all 3 bedrooms) which was fantastic for family movie night. The resort is growing with a lot of construction and can see why this is a popular destination. Sits about 20 minutes from the Atlantis area so transportation is needed if your plans are there. Amazing time, and the owners are very responsive to questions and needs. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and that is what we got. The apartment is well equipped and in a safe gated resort. Daniel the host was fantastic and very easily contactable and he dealt with all our enquiries efficiently. The restaurant, pool area and beach area is beautiful and clean. All the staff in the resort were very helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely go back again. Have already told lots of friends about it!!

AMAZING Location

This spot is a Beauty!!! We've traveled to many tropical locations, and this is one of our favorites now. The Beach is just a short walk from the unit and was spectacular. You have to go there to appreciate it, the view is BETTER than the pictures. The unit was extremely spacious and any communication with the Host was met with a quick response. They went above & beyond to accomodate us. We highly recommend this unit and will be returning here. FIVE STARS all around!!

Beautiful condo

Good condo right next to the harbor. Nice location but car is a must. Condo is top notch. Check in was easy once we actually found the condo. Very spacious. Everything brand new. The only complaint is that there is an extra charge to use the facilities which can run up to $40 per day per person. This is just for a pool and a basic gym.

It was better than expected!

The pictures were good but did not do this property justice! I really enjoyed staying here. The community is well kept with and employees and neighbors were very nice. There's plenty to do on the community property to keep you entertained for a 4 day trip. The only complaint is that there weren't enough restaurants nearby so definitely stop at the grocery store on the way from the airport. There's one deli/coffee shop and one restaurant which were both good but limited. The property owner recommended to hire Chef Smith for dinner and you can't leave this place without trying him out! Overall very happy with my stay here!

Perfect Spring Getaway!

Our group consisted of my wife, daughter and partner and our two grandchildren. The second floor condo was just perfect… clean, comfortable, nice decor, great location. Nice bed sheets and comfortable beds, couches, outside deck furniture. Wonderful sunset views or view of the Marina and all the sailboats. Short walk to a beautiful beach and beach resort with two nice swimming pools, a poolside bar, comfortable beach lounges with waitresses if you want food or drinks. Plus they have a first class gym. Even has free sunscreen where you enter the beach club. $20/day resort fee was well worth it. And perfectly safe with community-wide security. Overall just a classy place. Hosts were super responsive and very helpful. We’ll be back to this exact unit!! Thanks!!

Excellent Condo

We are a family of 4 and were looking for a place big enough for all of us to have our own rooms. The unit itself is very nice and the property photos are very accurate. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths made this unit ideal for us. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with appliances, utensils, and dinnerware. The outside patios are comfortable and large. Because the resort is still under construction, the unit does not show up on google maps, and we did not know exactly where the building was located when we booked. We assumed from the listing photos that it was beachside and not situated well inside the community. It is actually located adjacent to the north end of the marina and about 400 meters to the beach. This was not a big negative, but was somewhat unexpected. We only visited the resort beach one time. The rest of the days, we traveled to other beaches around island. If you want to visit other areas of the island, you must have a rental car (drive on the left side of the roads). Depending on traffic, it is about a 20-45 minute drive to Paradise Island and 25-35 minute drive to the airport. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the unit. Daniel communicated very well before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property if you want to be away from tourist area of Paradise Island and enjoy a quiet, comfortable community.

Hi Rob, thank you for the wonderful review & appreciate choosing our condo. Palmcay is an ongoing project the construction will only help to expand and improve amenities adding luxury facilities for future guests. We will be sure to include a map showing where the condo is situated on the site, it does state marina view. Looking forward to having you again🌴
