Näher kann man Paradise Island Beach nicht kommen! Die Terrassentreppen der Einheit führen buchstäblich hinunter zu den weißen Sandstränden des berühmten Strandes. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer oder der Terrasse ist unvergesslich! Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Atlantis Resort!

Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Mikrowelle, Kabel-TV, Internet, Grill, etc. Der Apartmentkomplex verfügt über eine sehr gute Sicherheit, ein praktisches Restaurant und gute Parkmöglichkeiten für den Fall, dass Sie ein Auto mieten. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, jedes mit Kingsize-Betten und Fernseher. Es gibt ein 3. Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Einzelbetten und auch einen Fernseher. Das Gerät ist geräumig, der Pool ist vor der Haustür und das Meer ist durch die Terrassentür / Wohnzimmer nur die Terrassentreppe hinunter. Der Sunrise Beach Club ist 30 Autominuten vom internationalen Flughafen Nassau entfernt. Estell, der Manager der Villa, arrangiert gerne Flughafentransfers und Ausflüge zu Dolphin Encounters / Blue Lagoon Island.

Amazing Vacation

This beautiful beachfront condo exceeded our expectations!!! The location is perfect - quiet and secluded - but walking distance to restaurants, shops and other attractions. The condo was very well equipped; dishes, towels, beach chairs (four really nice chairs) and beach umbrellas - we had everything we needed. Estell, the property manager, was amazing with communication, responsive to questions and very helpful. She provided our transportation to and from the airport with Mr. Bethel - he made sure we had all that we needed as well. The restaurant/bar on the property was also delicious and convenient. We love the friendly people of the Bahamas! This is a definite repeat property for us - truly the bluest water on one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited in the Caribbean! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Best Family Vacation Ever!!!

This was our fourth trip to the Bahamas & we’ve stayed in a few different places in the past including The Atlantis, and an all inclusive hotel & Sunrise Beach Club. By far this was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! The unit was perfect in every way. Beautifully upgraded, & large. We had plenty of room for everyone (5 adults & an 8 month old baby.) The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner & hot water heater worked perfectly. There’s also a TV in every bedroom. The Villa is well stocked with beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, blow dryers, an iron, washer & dryer etc. We only needed to bring laundry pods. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker etc. There were also enough beach chairs & umbrellas for all of us as well as sand toys, a high chair & pack n play for the baby! We’ve also stayed at the Sunrise Beach Club in the past but the location of this unit is the best in the entire building. When we walked through the front door, the view off the living room took our breath away! The Pool is right out the front door & our patio steps took us right down the steps to the beach. We spent endless hours in the warm ocean right outside our back door & so many people commented on how lucky we were to have are villa so close! Estelle the manager, was amazing and communicated with us before & throughout our trip. She also arranged our pick up from the airport with a extremely nice taxi driver named Michael who has a van that fit all of us including our mounds of luggage. He also stopped for us at the grocery store so we could pick up a few perishable items. We brought peanut butter, pasta, cereal & snacks from home as food is quite expensive. Estelle set up our Dolphin Encounter through the Blue Lagoon Island and she was so kind to provide us with a great discount & lunch! It was amazing & the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend spending the day there & enjoying the beach lagoon which has great snorkeling. Most nights we ate at Violas Restaurant which is on the property which is very convenient & reasonably priced. They even had Karaoke on Friday night which was a ton of fun! With the Atlantis being so close, we walked there on at least 3 occasions and enjoyed the aquariums for free! The Bohemian people are some of the nicest, friendliest people ever and a pleasure to talk with! Wish we were still there & can’t wait to go back to Sunrise Beach Club unit #1

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

Beautiful Stay on Paradise Island

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this stunning house on Paradise Island, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, but it’s the views and outdoor space that truly set it apart.The panoramic vistas from the back patio are absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re lounging in the living roomor cooking in the kitchen you're treated to mesmerizing views of the turquoise ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. The sunsets are nothing short of magical—each evening, the sky fills with hues of pink, orange, and purple, making you feel like you're in a painting.The highlight for us was obviously the outdoor area. The pool is an oasis—crystal-clear water with the ocean just beyond, creating the most serene atmosphere. We spent hours lounging poolside, taking in the fresh sea breeze, and cooling off in the water. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island in complete privacy.If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat with some of the most incredible views on the island, this is the place.

Birthday Weekend: 2nd Year in a Row

Amazing property! Breathtaking location steps from the beautiful ocean (walk downstairs & you’re on the sand). Property has everything you need (kitchen, beach towels, beach umbrellas & beach chairs). We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property. BBQ/gas grill included. 10 minurte walk to Atlantis or Margaritaville. The pool on property is awesome. We also used the gym at MacFit360, a 10 minute drive from property. Great gym with cardio equipment, free weights and machines. If you’re into maintaining your training while on vacation, this is definitely the gym to go to. Mr. Bethel picked us up at the airport & took us to the grocery and liquor store before heading to the property. He also took us back to the airport for our travel home. Estell is an amazing and very responsive host. The property also has newly updated/renovated bathrooms. Gorgeous. While there, we also took a cab to the downtown Straw Market and also walked to Junkanoo Beach for great drinks and then walked to the Queen’s Stairs. This was the 2nd year in a row, same week, we came here to celebrate my birthday. While at the airport to travel back home, we already booked same timeframe for 2025!!! An absolute gem!!!

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Fantastic views

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again.

Wow. Spent 11 nights at this gorgeous property and everything was perfect. Estell is amazing and super fast at communicating and making sure all your needs are met. The home is big and beautiful and the property was so nice and well maintained. Close to everything - we walked over the bridge into town. We loved our stay and this home. Don’t wait. Book it. We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend

Overall..EXCELLENT!! Birthday weekend: 3 adults, stayed Friday-Monday. Great location! Directly on beach with a short walking (about 10 mins) distance to Marina Village and Atlantis (to see the aquarium). There is also a liquor store & convenience store across Marina Village. Super Fresh, made in front of you Conch salad at McKenzie’s Marina Village. As you walk on sidewalk from Sunrise Beach Villas to Marina Village and Atlantis (you can also go by walking on the beach) make sure to see the fish & turtles on the right side of road in the pond. This road is across/ in front from Sunrise Beach. Bring bread to feed the turtles & fish. Make sure to also visit the Cloisters/Ruins( 10 min walk from Villas). Estell arranged transportation with Mr. Bethel. He picked us up at the airport & took us to the grocery store and liquor store. We stocked up on fresh meats, veggies, snacks. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the home. There is a propane grill and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a 5 gallon jug included for drinking water. All three bedrooms are private and separate from each other. Plenty of beach towels, beach umbrellas and bath towels. Drip coffee maker (filters & Folgers coffee packs included). Gorgeous views of ocean. Ocean water was super clear/clean. Sugary, soft sand. Beach is amazing. There was a quick wedding that took place at 1030am on Sunday on the Beach in front of villas. Highly recommend this home. Will stay here again. Thank you, Estell! We love it!!!!!!!!!

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.
