Luxe 2-Storey Townhome with Rooftop Terrace, Free Parking Near Niagara Falls

This upper-level, 2-storey townhome is the standout property in our Niagara Falls collection, featuring a private rooftop terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks under the open sky. Located a 5-minute drive from the Falls, Casino Niagara, and Clifton Hill.

Please note: this is an upper-level unit with stairs to the entrance and stairs between the two floors inside. It is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept main floor features a 60-inch Roku smart TV with free built-in channels (guests can also log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts). The oversized sectional sofa includes a pull-out bed for additional guests.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the second bathroom. Both rooms have room-darkening shades for restful sleep.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and the option of a shower or bath.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a waterfall island that seats 4, modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and ample counter space. Everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
Your private outdoor space with seating. Please be mindful of noise when using the terrace in the evening, as this is a residential complex.

AMENITIES
High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating via Nest smart thermostat, iron and ironing board, one free on-site parking spot, and self check-in via smart lock (unique access code provided before arrival).

LOCATION
A 5-minute drive to Niagara Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill, and the Fallsview district. The neighbourhood includes shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and local wineries. Grocery stores are a short drive away.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No unregistered visitors. No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking permitted; please dispose of remnants carefully). No parties or events. No pets. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking.

Very nice, with everything you need. Great location for us. Minutes from the falls, but away from the heavier traffic and tourist area. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay way very smooth and comfortable, communication and check-in wise. The place/location had everything we needed, and the balcony is very nice, especially for watching morning sunrises :))

Great unit close to downtown!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! It was extremely clean, had plenty of space for four people and is a short drive to downtown Niagara. We'd recommend!

Great weekend getaway

We wanted to do all of the attractions of the falls and this allowed us to have more space in a less touristy area. Very nice and clean place!

Everything was great. The only concern for some people might be the number of stairs to reach the bedroom on the second floor. It may not be a proper option for elderly people or people with knee issues.

Lovely property. Clean, well maintained. Rooftop terrace was lovely. Linda was very accomodating. Communication was great. Highly recommend this townhouse. Just be prepared for the stairs as this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator.

Beautiful townhouse; close to all the attractions!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine X Falls. This swanky townhouse rental was tastefully decorated and the private deck was a real treat. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It did lack a few things that would have made it easier for those of us who actually like to cook our own meals. But overall Linda was very accomodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a pleasant experience in Niagara Falls!

Niagara trip

Location was away from the craziness of Niagara Falls but close enough to get there in 15 minutes. Near 2 groceries and great restaurant across the street called Shelby’s. Great personal roof top which was amazing for having cocktails and conversation. It was on a busy street but having it was such a plus we didn’t care. Neat and clean accommodations. minimal kitchen supplies. Overall good experience and glad we chose it over being near the Falls.

Top Notch!

This is one of thee best vacation rentals I have stayed in, and I travel a LOT. Clean, beautifully decorated, and close to everything we needed - stores, restaurants, and just a quick 5 minute or so drive to the Falls. Loved that the parking was right by the unit, and the deck was the icing on the cake! Linda was an awesome host. Very responsive and easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again, without hesitation. If you want a nice clean updated and safe place to stay; that is convenient to the falls, this is the one!

Great stay in Niagara

The apartment was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. It was clean, had comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Water pressure in the showers were good although the flow in the kitchen sink was slow and minimal. Could have used an extra garbage bag in the kitchen as well. It was a short drive to the hustle and bustle in Niagara, but was calm and quiet in the neighborhood of the apartment. It met our needs perfectly and I would definitely recommend the property.

Would recommend!

We were very happy with the property, it was up to date and clean and a great value. We felt safe and the parking right in front was a plus. The upstairs deck was a really nice feature. By staying a little farther out, we were able to spend more money on all of the attractions and it was a short drive to the falls. If you can’t do stairs, you might want to consider another property because there’s stairs up to the door, then stairs up to the main floor and more stairs up to the upstairs bed and bath, but we didn’t have any problem. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse close to the strip

We stayed in Linda’s beautiful 2 bedroom town which accommodated our group of 6. The location was ideal for a short taxi ride or a walk down to part of the strip. The town was very clean, smelt wonderful when we arrived, and felt so welcoming with the cute little signs throughout the house. The unit has a large deck which would be splendid in the warmer months. Communicating with Linda was easy with her prompt response. She was able to accommodate our needs on short notice, and was a pleasure to rent from. This would be a great place for a family vacation or a small group of friends. It’s not too far from everything but also not in an overly crowded area. I look forward to future bookings with Linda at this beautiful home.
