Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines - Upscale Resort Villa On The Beach! Spacious!

Come visit this family-friendly Resort in scenic Hilton Head Island. This property boasts a natural landscape with direct beach access and is still close enough to experience some of the best attractions on the revered island. You can enjoy the numerous amenities on site, such as 2 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, a fitness center, Kid's splash pad, Daily family and children's activities, and privileged access to their sister resort to enjoy some golf and tennis. Near the property, you can venture out to the Harbour Town Lighthouse around the corner, or take the kids and visit the Pirates of Hilton Head, a themed show and meal for the whole family.

Construction Notice:
The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia & Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025, through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise during your upcoming stay.

The spacious two bedroom, two bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa features a guest bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a door to the large, fully-furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with six chairs. There is also an in-room safe, iron & board, and a separate work desk with an electrical outlet. Villa unit location on property is assigned at check-in.

On-demand shuttle service is available between Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines and overflow parking lots 1 & 4 from 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Service is also available between Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines and Harbour Town.

Construction
The splash pad will be under construction through June 2026. Expect some noise and construction workers present during business hours. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open.

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit cards.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit

There is a one-time entrance fee instituted by Sea Pines Plantation where the property is located. After checking in, you are given a pass for the duration of your stay to get into the gate.

After hours: Arriving guests should utilize the phone located on Marriott's Monarch front porch to reach the front desk at Marriott's Monarch Club front desk. The manager on duty will meet the guest with arrival materials.
