The Space:

Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, this newly built home offers a welcoming coastal atmosphere with contemporary finishes and generous open-plan living. Natural light fills the interiors, creating an inviting setting to relax, reconnect, or use as a base while exploring the South West. Positioned close to the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, it's perfectly suited to guests planning a round of golf while remaining just minutes from Dunsborough's town centre and beautiful local beaches.



At the heart of the home, the spacious living area brings together the lounge, dining, and kitchen in one seamless space. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV provide the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, while the dining area encourages long breakfasts and shared evening meals. The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with quality appliances, a dishwasher, and ample bench space, making everything from quick snacks to family dinners easy to prepare. Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor area where children can play and a BBQ and outdoor dining setting make alfresco meals an easy part of your stay.



The home features two peaceful bedrooms designed for a restful night's sleep. One bedroom is appointed with a king bed, while the second includes a single bed with a trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. Two contemporary bathrooms provide added comfort and privacy, making mornings and evenings effortless for everyone staying together. Street parking available.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Positioned in a peaceful part of Dunsborough, the home offers convenient access to the town's cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and everyday amenities. Located close to the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, it's an excellent choice for guests looking to enjoy a round of golf while remaining just minutes from the town centre and the region's beautiful beaches. Spend your days exploring the coastline, enjoying scenic walks, or discovering the renowned wineries, breweries, and local produce of the Margaret River region. For local favourites, visit Meelup Beach for calm, crystal-clear waters, enjoy a relaxed meal at The Goose overlooking Geographe Bay, or stop by Eagle Bay Brewing Co for craft beer and sweeping rural views. Nearby parks provide plenty of space to relax outdoors, making it easy to enjoy the area's laid-back coastal lifestyle.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.





Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
