The house has all thats needed to enjoy your stay at Cape May Villas. The property has been set up nice, with comforable beds, cold AC, ceiling fans, hot shower, and a functional kitchen. The beech is close by, go down any street and park and head out into the sand. Or head to Cape May down town for the east sun raise and beatiful beeches. Beech passes are at the house for your use and connvience. Make sure you go see the Zoo and spend some time shopping down town. The resturants are great, with take available and the house is walking distance for ice cream. We will return to this one again thank you Anthony.

The house was very cute and cozy. The yard was great for our dogs. Really appreciated that. Anthony was great about communicating and even let us in early. It was a little smaller than I expected but fine for 3 adults and 2 dogs. The house was very clean. There was a playground and library very close by if you have kids. There was no dishwasher.

While it’s compact, the three bedrooms allow for privacy at night, and the large, sunny living area provides a comfortable space for families to gather and relax. We’re lifelong Jersey Shore lovers who grew up spending summers by the sea and now feel lucky to call this beautiful area home. The Villas offers some of the most stunning sunsets on the East Coast, and we love that the bay beaches remain peaceful and uncrowded — perfect for long walks, bike rides, and laid-back family time.

I first got into vacation rentals back in 2006 while renovating a home I owned. I had always rented year-round, but that one felt different — I wanted others to enjoy it like I did. So I gave vacation rentals a try… and I was hooked. Since then, I’ve combined my love for design, my local knowledge, and my commitment to customer service to create places where guests can relax and feel at home.

I also proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 5 years and later retired as a chief engineer at a hospital. Now, my focus is on hospitality — and making sure every guest enjoys a sparkling clean, thoughtfully prepared home. Cleanliness is #1 in my book, and my reviews reflect that.
