With full linen, WIFI, fireplace and firepit, the home will amaze. Located only 900mtrs to the bay beach and a short stroll to the Blairgowrie Village, you can leave the car home and enjoy all the local amenities.

Ko's Place in Blairgowrie comprises 3 bedrooms, a master with a walk-in robe, a large ensuite, and a huge living space, making this home perfect for a family.
A large bright cathedral-ceiling home with an open-plan kitchen. living and dining area flow to a stunning outdoor area overlooking a well-maintained garden - ideal for entertaining. The gated home with a secure back and front garden for children and pets.
A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
