Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 3 Bedroom house set on a large block, suitable for 2 families (NOTE MAX 6 ADULTS).
Located 350m from Cameron's Bight foreshore on the front beach and 1.2km to the back beach walking trails. Only 900m metres to the Yacht Squadron, 1km to Koonya Store and 1.5km to the cafes and shops.
This home has the comforts you need including main bathroom/toilet, plus ensuite in the master bedroom which has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with single above plus a set of single bunk beds. All bedrooms have BIR's.
The rear undercover deck is a great place to relax with outdoor furniture entertainment area including external fridge and sink, overlooking the large rear garden and lawn. The BBQ is located nearby.
The kitchen features European appliances, incl oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, plumbed refrigerator, breakfast bench and plenty of room for food preparation. The kitchen is appointed with crockery, glassware, cookware and utensils.
The large dining table comfortably sits 8 and can be extended further.
A second refrigerator is located in the laundry which has trough and washing machine.
The whole house (excl garage) is for the use of guests.
Due to local laws on the Mornington Peninsula guests are not allowed outside the house after 10.30pm due to noise restrictions.
We kindly ask that all guest pls ensure that they keep the noise down at all time to be respectful of the neighbours.
Check in is 5.00pm and Check out is 12pm unless agreed prior

• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• This property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults.
