This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool and patio area. The home is 1560 square feet with vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 3 cars (1 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.

***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
NO GATHERINGS or PARTIES are allowed at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please limit the noise when you are outside, and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Chandler area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

Family visit

My daughters and my grandbabies are 5 hours from me and drove to Arizona to visit and the house was perfect for us we had a wonderful time in the pool and playing corn hole and mini golf all in the backyard which was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and I would definitely stay there again Perfect location for us!

The house was very clean. Most everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable. Appreciated that. If I had any suggestions it would be the following: 1. Need a stair rail in the pool. 2. The perfect place

This place was a perfect get away home close to a lot of attractions and plenty of space for a nice bbq next to the pool. Over all it was amazing, big rooms, putting green,corn hole, ping pong, and a pool. Everything you look for in a place to stay for the weekend. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Golf/Spring Training 2025

Pictures are pretty accurate to what you will be getting. The only thing missing from the pictures is you having a smile on your face from the enjoyment you will get out of staying at this rental. The beds were comfy with plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen cabinets were stocked with everything you need. The kitchen drawers had plenty of utensils. Bathroom had plenty of towels and was clean. The back yard, if you don't enjoy it you don't know how to have fun. Thank You again for allowing us the use of the rental and we will surely be back in the future if available.

Local stay

We stayed here while demolition was been done at our home and our daughter visiting from college with her two pups! The location was perfect for anything we wanted or needed but the house was so cozy and welcoming we stayed in. The house has a big backyard with a lovely pool, shade and also mini golf, and a ping pong table in the garage. My husband works from home so he utilized the desk upstairs and the wifi was great. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay

Spring Break / Baseball Tournament

We stayed here in March 2025 for a spring break baseball tournament. We had 6 people total ranging from ages 9-65, and one dog with us. We chose this house based on the bedrooms/space, pricing, and proximity to the baseball complex we needed to be at. The house was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We weren’t sure how much we’d actually be at the house since we were primarily there for baseball, but we were pleasantly surprised that we had a few hours in the late afternoon each day. The kids loved using that time to swim in the pool and play “mini golf” on the putting green. It was nice to not feel like we needed to leave the property to enjoy our time in AZ. This was also the most well stocked property we’ve been at for kitchen cooking supplies. There were several pans, pots, bowls, etc… instead of just one of each that we have mostly seen at other properties. We also really appreciated that the cleaning requests for check out were minimal and easy to complete. Our only “complaint” would be that the twin fold outs were not very comfortable. I think a mattress topper would be helpful for this in the future since I don’t think you could really get a thicker mattress to fit into the fold out. The rest of the beds were great according to everyone in our party. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling in the area!

Great house for a family trip

This was a really nice place. It was a tri level. Which was unexpected but it allowed for separation which is needed when traveling with family. We were able to enjoy our time in and outside the home. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Patio located perfectly allowing for enjoyment even when the sun is a its peak heat. Will return when I am in Arizona. Perfectly located.
