Ferienhaus an der Grenze von Gilbert & Chandler. In der Nähe der wichtigsten Autobahnen und 25 Minuten vom Flughafen Phoenix entfernt. Dieses Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder und wird mindestens 8 schlafen. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen Pool, einen überdachten Whirlpool, eine Feuerstelle im Freien, einen Grill, eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Sitzbereich und einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Es hat auch eine große Rasenfläche im hinteren Teil des Hofes. Auch. Im Inneren befinden sich eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, ein Schreibtisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Loft im Obergeschoss mit einem Fernseher sowie eine L-förmige Couch und ein Schieberegler, der auf den Balkon hinausgeht. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen Schieberegler, der zum Hinterhof hinausgeht. Der Meister hat auch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit einem King Tempurpedic verstellbaren Bett. Es gibt 3 andere Schlafzimmer, die alle Queen-Betten haben, 2 sind verstellbar und 1 ist ein Pillow-Top. Es gibt auch Directv Satellite, Netflix und WLAN.

Wonderful and serene home

Was given the check in instructions early on check in day. Our stay was great. The home is super clean and located in a quiet community. It was easy to get to and close to many shops and restaurants. Our family loved the pool and the pool fountain. We woke up to hearing morning doves too. I didnt see that there were jigsaw puzzles that I could have worked on until our last day. That was a me issue though, I dont look around VRBOs too much. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Everything we needed and then some!

We had a small family reunion in the home. Everything was great! From the amenities to the little items in the cupboards. I would definitely recommend and be willing to rent again if the opportunity arises.

Great house and backyard pool space.

This property is great. There is plenty of room for family to hang out and teenagers to have their own space. The pool area is nice and very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet.

Arizona Perfection

The property was exactly what we needed for a golf and sun getaway. Close to lots of great golf in the morning and then use of the great backyard oasis in the afternoon heat.

Truly felt like home away from home!

My wife and I stayed for a month and a half to “work from home” and get away from the MN winter weather and this house was perfect for us. We will absolutely attest to the well stocked kitchen as others have done, the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard space was also perfect for working and for relaxing. Once the sun goes down get ready for the hummingbird parade that will arrive as there are several of them everywhere and they love the feeder in the yard. If you’re looking to use the fire pit there is a great place for wood across Gilbert Rd…ask for Perry and he will set you up! This house is also very centrally located, in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants but also within short drives to several wonderful hiking spots around the Phoenix metro area. We did experience a few hiccups during our stay but Lisa and her team were always very responsive and easy to communicate with. She was able to answer any questions we had and was terrific. If/when we return to Phoenix we would definitely look to stay here again!

The large back yard of this property alone is worth the stay. A pool fountain that is very soothing and an abundance of greenery throughout!Perfect place to relax. I would stay here again!

Nice Neighborhood and Good Location

Had a wonderful experience while staying here with wife and daughter, her teammate and family. 7 of us fit comfortably and the we enjoyed the great space in the backyard. Too cold to use the pool, but the waterfall was calming and the Jacuzzi was great after a long day during our daughter's soccer tournament. Highly recommend as it was about 18 minutes from the fields and near shopping and restaurants.

Awesome Backyard and well stocked VRBO

We loved this place so much we didnt want to leave. The backyard is an oasis in the desert. It has a pool, hot tub, firepit, tons of sitting area and a grill. The loft was huge. We loved the pool table, air hockey and fooseball. Tons of linens like towels, beach towels, and extra sheets and blankets. Kitchen well stocked with all the comforts of home to cook if you like. The beds were super comfy.Every room had extra stand up fans, ceiling fans and even a portable Ac unit for loft area which is nice.Very easy check in and owner very responsive and friendly. Would definetly stay again.

Exceptional Home!

We stayed here one full week with our children and grandchildren. This property is exceptional in every respect mentioned. Backyard and pool are the biggest and best we’ve enjoyed. The pool is beautiful, and is well equipped with floaters and toys. Home is incredible; bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Abundance of spare pillows, towels and linens are present. The air conditioning system kept the entire home cool during a 111 degree week. The pool table, foosball and air hockey tables kept the kids and grandkids highly entertained. Kitchen is spacious and can handle high volume food prep with ease. Many thoughtful amenities are provided. Owner communication is outstanding! We needed a quick repair to the air hockey table; the owner came out within an hour to take care of it. We were so happy to stay in this sparkling clean home in a beautiful Chandler neighborhood. Cannot wait to return again!

This home feels like a home! Small touches just made it feel homie. So much space inside and outside. Every bedroom was comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool was nice and the pool floaties were great. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed, and there was spices in the cabinets; pots and pans, glasses and lovely dishes. The neighborhood was nice as well. This stay was for a fun girls reunion and we had such a great time!!

Parents 39th Anniversary

Drove my parents 24 hours away from where they’ve spent their whole life (MinneSNOWta) for their 39th anniversary. To celebrate life (I came two months after they were married 😁). The house is beautiful. It was all we needed to have a great experience. From space, comfort, activities indoor and out, and a convenient area. The host, Lisa, is amazing as well, very attentive, patient and quick response. We will definitely book again in the near future (my birthday is coming up 😉).

Beautiful, clean home

We loved our stay. The home had every amenity we needed and more. The pool was fun for the kids and the yard was perfect for relaxing with our family. Indoors there was plenty of space and everything we needed to be comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms were enough for our family. There was even plenty of hot water in the shower. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for peaceful walks in the morning or evening. The home is also close to everything. Lisa was easy to contact and great to work with.

Perfect for work or play

Host was wonderful and super attentive. House is perfectly laid out for everyone to have their own space but be able to gather when they want to. I don't know that it could bed any better for our use. Great kitchen/dining/living room open plan. Back yard is wonderful. Pool and hot tub were great fun.

The pictures online do not do this place justice. SO NICE! The backyard was such a great spot to hangout and relax. This house has all you need for the family. Location was great too. So many good restaurants within close proximity. Lisa was great to work with as well. Book this place if it’s available!

Most amazing property

The house is beautiful- immaculately clean- the patio is perfect for relaxing and getting sunshine. The amenities were so much better than advertised. Everything you could possibly need for a stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and so many extras. They had games - pool table- foosball and air hockey - the beds were comfortable- the hosts were easy to contact and were super responsive to everything we asked. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO host.
