Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the middle of it all! Recently renovated, and freshly styled with authentic Detroit art, our 3-beroom/3-bathroom home will suit all of your needs! Relax after a long day exploring in front of our smart TV connected to all major streaming services, or whip up a meal in our stocked kitchen, with a coffee maker and dishwasher included. Our bathroom comes with hotel-quality towels and bath products, and we offer extra sheets/pillows/blankets for additional guests. Guests enjoying a longer stay will welcome the washer/dryer, and you will be able to stay connected with our ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi.

THE AREA:

OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 6 overnight guests (up to 12 total with fee/host’s approval. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 12 people overnight the unit at any given time. Overoccupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING:
This location does not provide designated parking, however, there is free parking in front of the building along Forest Ave as well as behind the building on Prentis. There is metered parking along Cass Avenue as well.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect for the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

Kindly be aware that the cafe downstairs provides a musical ambiance for its patrons, hosting DJ nights until 12 AM. This may result in some noise during those times. If you are sensitive to noise or believe this may affect your stay, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to help you find a more suitable property.

Drug and Substance Policy

At Great Stays, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, we have established the following policy regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco:

1. Illegal Drugs:
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of illegal drug use or possession will be reported to the Online Travel Agency (OTA), the local
police, and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

2. Legal Substances in Michigan:
In the state of Michigan, alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are legal substances. However, their use on our property is subject to the following conditions:
* Alcohol: Guests may consume alcohol within the unit or on the premises, provided it is done responsibly and without disturbing other guests.
* Marijuana: Smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may only use marijuana in designated smoking areas on the property.
* Tobacco: Smoking or vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cigarettes may only be smoked in designated smoking areas on the property.

3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include eviction, reporting to the OTA, and notification to local authorities.
