Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)



Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months.



Additionally there is a shared parking lot for the condo with 1 space dedicated for each unit in the building with an additional 2 guest spaces on a first come first serve basis. This condo comes with 2 beach chairs.



It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This condo is located in the city of Naples and has a 30 day minimum # of nights required and it is strictly enforced.



This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.

Winter vacation

Good looking, spacious condo. Could use some outside and courtyard lighting. Enjoyed the heated pool in the courtyard. The MikeZ team was a dream to work with. Very impressed with their check-in and out, and response to any problems that crop up.

Royal Harbor- Naples

This condo was amazing! It was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The bedrooms and closet spaces were great. The unit is very spacious, and conveniently located to Tin City, 5th Ave. and US 41. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the pool area is lovely, with plenty of seating, etc. It was very nice to have towels, beach chairs (2), and an umbrella provided as well. Working with the host, Mike Z and his team was very efficient and all communications were answered promptly. We wouldabsolutyely stay in this property again!

Positives: Property is well-located with nice floor plan in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is a nice feature.Negatives: We arrived after dark. Courtyard is not well lit so it was difficult to determine which unit we rented. After a long travel day we arrived to a dirty unit. Kitchen was dirty including the stove, oven and microwave, sticky food on refrigerator shelves, dirty dishes, counter tops sticky, food left in cupboards, coffee pot warn and dirty. Laundry-room piled with dirty towels. Main ensuite and main bathroom showers and toilets were very filthy and trash cans full from prior tenant. Floors in unit were soiled and covered in dog hair. The area rug, apart from being worn, was covered in loads of dog hair. Livingroom sofas worn and tired. Throw pillows soiled. No vacuum cleaner or broom on site but provided after we requested. Burned out lights in bathroom and walk-in closet. Not a great start to a vacation. Considered getting a hotel on first evening and cancelling booking.Management apologized and sent cleaners the following morning. We vacuumed a pile of dog hair off the area rug after they left stirring up dander and an allergic reaction. We were promised a refund of the cleaning fee as token compensation but that promise was never honoured. Spent money on new blankets to cover the sofas, pillows, bedding, cutlery, coffee pot, etc. to make place liveable. The condition of our unit reflected a lack of pride of ownership and attention.
