The Space:
This beautifully remodeled home's first level contains 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins. There is also a large shared bath with double vanities and tub/shower combo. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms. The Primary has a beautiful private deck the full width of the home with views of the new Surfside Pier and downtown restaurants, a walk in closet and private en suite bath with double vanities. The additional bedrooms on this level each contain 2 double beds and share a Jack and Jill style bath with double vanities. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room.

Guest Access:
The entire home including 2 full width of the house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper looking out toward the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban like experience, being able to walk many places. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opening summer 2023 is a 1 minute walk away along with several outstanding dining options. For a really fun family bonding experience, rent a deluxe gas powered golf cart from King of Carts in Surfside and they will deliver it and pick it up from the home.

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far. Or just walk everywhere as you are less than a a block from the beach, restaurants and the Surfside Pier. Please no electric carts as there isn't a charging station.
