Summary:
Welcome to our quiet garden apartment in a classic Bondi Beach art deco apartment building.
Only 400m to the beach on a wonderful tree lined street, our lovely 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a homely stay.
The garden out the front has been lovingly restored by us and is the perfect space for a coffee or a quiet wine.
The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated. The living room and Queen bedroom both have ceiling fans with communal laundry facilities available!

The Space:
The apartment has an eclectic mix of artworks that we've collected over the years and a cosy welcoming aspect to it. The living area can comfortably sit a small group with the dining area in the kitchen - however why would you eat inside when the garden is a perfect oasis of calm for your morning coffee or evening drink! Get a cheese board and enjoy the sun going down from this wonderful vantage point. The bathroom has been recently renovated so is in perfect condition and you can enjoy an incredible night's sleep in our 5* hotel style linen. We also added a portable A/C in the living area recently, for those warm Bondi nights. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach you are perfectly positioned to enjoy all the wonders of the back streets of Bondi with it's array of interesting characters, beautiful people, wonderful eateries and boutique shopping.

Amazing spot

Juelz was great and very quick at responding. The location couldn’t be better. Short walk to the beach and so many local restaraunts, markets, etc. didn’t need a car while we were there. Beautiful beach and even an outside gym on the beach. The apartment was spot on and it felt very homey. Had everything you could ask for and it was a lovely first time in Bondi. Wonderful spot and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here. Thanks again!

Great location, poor communication and amenities

Fantastic location. Cons: We had to wait for 30 minutes outside the property because the owner didn’t know the correct lockbox code. The shower leaks horribly and the bed sheets were unwashed. The unit is close to the street and the walls are thin meaning you hear other tenants in the apartment complex constantly. No air conditioning and fans are very loud but work. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the place smelled badly of stale smoke (listed as smoke free) tge dish washer shelf was broken, the machine didn't wash clean, tge whole place needs a deep clean. One chair was broken. On arrival 2 soggy bathmats were left in the garden, toilet was unflushed, the shower fills the bathroom floor with water as there’s no door on it. The Pot wash brush was disgusting, crocks needed re-washing. We couldn't open the heavy wardrobe doors without them coming off their tracks. The TV jumps off internet. There is a loose flexible gas pipe flacking around in living room. We informed the host who said he’d send his team in to remedy things but after 2 more days we’d seen no one. We opted to leave and moved to another place up the hill that was clean, welcoming and everything we needed for a similar cost. We eventually obtained a refund from the host for the unused nights after days of telephone calls to the Vbro call centre. It was a really stressful week.
