Perfect getaway thank you, everything was so easy. One problem is that the top bunk bed did not have a rail and we were afraid to let our little one up there to sleep. But she loved playing up there.

The kitchen table had a tv above it at 1 side(couldn't sit there) . The other side had 2- 8 foot tall mirrors crowded behind it. If a kid backed his kitchen chair into a mirror the broken glass would be everywhere injuring everyone. The patio drapes were full of holes. Last year we staying in a different room that was much better

From the Owner: "Ross, we’re very sorry to hear about your concerns with the table placement. The unit is on the smaller side, and our intention is for the table to be pulled out from the mirrors when in use to provide proper clearance, and then moved back afterward.We also weren’t aware of the holes in the drapes, as they hadn’t been reported by our cleaning company. Since your stay, we’ve replaced both the drapes and the cleaning company to ensure this doesn’t happen again.We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a more satisfying experience."

It was OK

The place itself was clean and obviously the location was very nice. It was very family friendly and no pets was a plus. The bed had a very firm mattress, not good for us but could be for others. We stayed a week and were only provided 1 toilet paper roll, and body wash. No shampoos even though it said toiletries. The kitchen had what you need to cook with but it made it difficult to clean without a drying rack and only 1 kitchen towel. The water pressure was great as well. The view was beautiful but no where to sit outside. We'd stay at the condos again but at a different one.

Summer Stay

We had a few small issues upon checkin, but the property owners drove out personally to take care of them and check in on us. They were extremely kind and made sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied before they left and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The owners also made sure we had coffee stocked (including cups, lids and creamer), toilet paper and paper towels. The property is perfectly located to walk to the beach and accommodated our group well. It is close to a crosswalk which made crossing over the Seawall easy and there was plenty of space on the beach nearby to set up. This would be a great place for a girls trip or for a small family. We will definitely be coming back!

Summer Stay

We had planned a girls trip and chose this condo. We had a few hiccups upon check in, called the property management company and the owners personally called me back very quickly. They drove down themselves to fix the issues, and it was clear they were not aware of it beforehand. They were so kind and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the property before they left making sure to go the extra mile. The property itself is in a great location with an easy walk to restaurants, the grocery store and the beach. It is right by a stop light making it easy to cross the Seawall and access the beach. We highly enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

Dirty Storage Closet

Awful! The condo was dirty and smelled terrible. The mattress was so old that you could feel every spring. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa. There was so much extra furniture in the small space that it felt like a storage place for extra furniture. I don’t usually complain, but stay some place else!

We stayed Thursday-SundayThere was no toilet paper, paper towels, a broom, mop, cleaning sprays were almost empty, ketchup or something similar on the little threshold in the kitchen and the what I assume may have been a linen closet with possibly the broom, mop, etc. in it was locked and nobody ever came to unlock it.I contacted host for toilet paper and let him know about the closet being locked he was very nice but we did not get the toilet paper until Friday evening around 6. By then I had went and bought some. Also, bring extra towels from home if you stay a full weekend or be prepared to spend $4 in quarters to wash the towels that are there every day but extra towels may have been in the locked closet, i’m really not sure, and bring extra k cups of coffee. There were only 2 k cups for our whole stay. Yes there was coffee grounds but no little reusable pod to put them in.Overall, the place wasn’t absolutely terrible by any means. My family and I had a decent stay. It was in a nice area and the pool was nice.

Needs a few things

Although the property was clean, it lacked many things. The dishes are very old and dirty looking. There were no silverware or cooking utensils. There were not enough towels. When you have kids… beaching, pooling, showering.. you need more towels. We would have like to have a broom available to sweep. Would have liked a few more trash bags. Also there was a smashed tiny bar of soap and only a little shampoo and conditioner. Normally when we stay in those they have some board games and a little beach gear like lawn chairs and stuff. We had to purchase a lot that normally is in the rentals.

Not what it looks like

The communication with the owner was great, however the photos on line are not even close to reality. The entire place needs to be updated.Several of the outlets do not hold anything you try to plug in. It had an awful musty smell. The balcony doors do not lock, only has a wooden pole to wedge. Balcony curtains have several holes in them. The mattress in the bedroom is hard as a brick. I ended up sleeping on the pull out in the living room. One of the comforters on the bunk smelled of urine. There wasn’t an iron, blow dryer or toaster available. When we arrived the amenities stated a starter supply of paper goods and we found empty holders. Thankfully I brought toilet paper. We were very disappointed with the appearance of this condo and I planned this trip for myself and my granddaughter for her first trip to the ocean and upgraded from a hotel to this condo thinking it would make it extra special. Thankfully our excursions made it special.The complex was really nice, but I would look at other units to spend your money on.

While we weren’t entirely clear on your comments regarding the photos, we have addressed your concerns about cleanliness and toiletries by changing to a new cleaning company. In the past, we supplied irons, but unfortunately, they were often taken, so we chose to discontinue that amenity. We’ve never received requests for a blow dryer or toaster before, but we’ll consider adding these items in the future and will look at ways to ensure they remain available for all guests. We also weren’t aware of the issues with the curtains and receptacles you mentioned, but we’ve now taken steps to address them. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it helps us improve the experience for all of our guests."
